We can not rate McAms and our rep Simon highly enough. We have had 2 similar accidents recently, one customer phoned McAms straight away and she got a courtesy bike and settlement very promptly. Second customer called their insurance company, no courtesy bike and months later is still waiting for settlement.

Simon is always on hand to answer question, and the non fault accident cover is a great selling point for bike sales, customers can't believe it is free!

After having a no fault car accident, Two Wheel Moto ltd recommended McAMS to me, they put me in touch with their local rep Dean Ellison who was more than helpful in telling me what I needed to do in order to sort the situation out considering it was after 5pm on a Sunday! McAMS' out of office number were quick to get someone to call me back and discuss the details of what had happened. After liaising with Ciara for a couple of weeks, my car was booked in and a hire car was arranged through Dee and Frank. Even after a few troubles, whenever I rang they remembered who I was and was more than understanding and did everything they could to help. My car is still being fixed now but I can't fault the service McAMS have given me one bit! Thank you very much to Two Wheel Moto, Dean, Ciara, Dee, Frank and everyone else who has been involved.

For the biker: The team at McAms are true professionals, helping you through the mire of an insurance claim, assuring you get all that's due to you including a free replacement bike while yours is being repaired. If you're in a no fault accident, get the other person's details then cal McAms.

For the bike dealer: McAms gives the dealer another value service to offer customers and a good revenue stream for minimum effort.

i have currently had 4 claims using McAMS and i will not use anyone else nor have i ever had a problem. first used when i was 16 and just started work with little money and they got me onto a hire bike within one day, my own insurance said they couldn't let me have a hire vehicle so i would of lost my job. since then i have probably referred McAMS around 150 accidents and within them i think we have only had 1 complaint, from bad road surface to being hit by uninsured drivers and they have done everything they can to fight the claim and a big thanks to adam jackson, he is always there to help when needed,

MCAMS were very, very helpful in dealing with my claim. fast and professional, I had no problems in getting my claim sorted. I had a loan vehicle delivered on my drive the same day of my accident and the claim only took two weeks to get sorted. would highly recommend using MCAMS.

we collected a moped from an accident scene for a 16yr old lad who had been knocked off by a car driver. The whole experience for us and the owner with mcams was easy straight forward and simple.
The bike was quickly assessed and the owner payed out ,the bike repaired and back on the road. A hire bike was loaned from mcams while all this happened but only took a few weeks.
would definitely recommend to anyone who has an accident that's not their fault..

After being involved in a non-fault accident I was unaware, I'm sure like many others, that using an independent accident management company was even an option. I heard about McAMS and gave them a call, the case was accepted immediately and within 2 days I had a hire bike and a new helmet and got back on the road!

The team kept me informed and everything was organised quickly, including a medical assessment and physio therapy. I honestly feel that all involved have acted with my best interests at heart, and in particular the area sales manager, Lawrence Ridd, was extremely helpful and always on the end of a phone to answer questions and put my mind at rest.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend McAMS to anyone involved in a non-fault bike accident, and there is no doubt in my mind that the service is far better than that offered by insurance companies.

I am a dealer who has been working with them for over 12 months now. We done lots of work together and I haven't had many reasons to complain. Any reason that was there was sorted quickly and efficiently. I tried others but with no results and would recommend McAMS both to dealers as well public.

My customers always seem to be happy with how they have been dealt with they always get a good price for there bike if its written off and they also get to keep there bike unlike the insurance companies who take them straight away

I had an accident in may 2015 I had a hire scooter in under 24hours
I kept the hire scooter until I got paid out for my old scooter so I could by a new one, My helmet was damaged and got a brand new replacement one straight away, the hole process has been straight forward and have not had any issues with McAMS or the solicitors they uses called Armstrongs they keep you informed when they have information to tell you I would highly recommended the service to any one I have had bad experience with my insurance company in the past so using McAMS was like a breath of fresh air

I was provided with a courtesy bike free of charge, and not your usual scooter or ybr125 I was provided with a Kawasaki Z800 on a 65 plate and I must say it ran an absoloute dream...

I was put into contact with a solicitors called Armstrongs and again they're more than helpful, if I am unlucky enough to have an accident again anytime soon then i know who i will be contacting straight away!

Had my accident last September (2016), was recommended from a friend to go to Mcams who arranged hire bike, arranged the engineer visit to asses the bike and pre-accident value that was paid to me almost instantly.
Really helped me get back on the road and back to work as soon as it was reasonable to do so.
Can't fault their service, plenty of information provided by their Mcams team. Even when I email them about my case, they are always happy to forward my details to Armstrong solicitors who are looking after the compensation I'm entitled to.

Rang them up had a hire bike next day new lid the day after brilliant service. Slightly let down on other side as there's literally no communication I've had to chase them to find out about the cheque still no joy and medical isn't until over 6 weeks after my accident when I was told I would get sorted straight away with Physio etc. nobody gets in touch even with an update i have to ring them. feel like I've been a bit forgotten about to be honest.

I had accident that was not my fault. the lady didn't give the way. she stopped and give me his details. I had to finish my job with bicycle and next day I bring my scooter to garage.
He told me to claim because was not my faute and he was exciting to do the process.
I give him my details and then 3 days later mcams called me and they say we accept your claim and ask me if I needed a hire bike.
I get paid for my bike cool later on I received call saying that I have to go to court because the other party don't accept to pay for the hire bike garage engineering...
what that means ??? I just feel like a donkey.

McAMS took care of me after my pick-up truck was crashed into.
One phone call, I had a new pick-up truck on loan for the duration and they arranged everything right up until completion. I found them reliable, friendly and very helpful. I can recommend without reservation.
