I wish I could say I’ve had great luck purchasing but I have not. First time my keyboard I purchased which was a ducky one two lasted me about 3 years. I purchase a ducky one three and the keys are having issues with resistance and noise. I reached out to them and the only solution they gave me was a return with a partial refund for a $150 keyboard because I threw away the box it came in. When I had an issue with EVGA they offered an RMA. Sent me a brand new 3080ti with the condition that I send back my defective 3080ti within 30 days or I would be charged for the new one. Micro center has better return policies so does Newegg so I’m extremely shocked by the lack of customer service. Lack of helpfulness. The only semi helpful suggestion was to purchase a new keyboard to replace mine. Why would I pay for another one to only get a partial refund on a defective one that I am not at fault for. Take your business elsewhere I do not recommend. I’ve also contacted ducky with receipts of the bad service. Ducky even admitted it’s a manufacturers defect

I'm a brand new customer (as well as a new mechanical keyboard enthusiast). My first order came in SO fast, and everything was packaged perfectly. I really love how I can order switches in increments/packs of 10 (but still get a discount for ordering a lot more). That way I can just order a small pack of 10 without committing to a (possibly expensive) entire set of 100+ switches. I am definitely going to order again. Customer for life!

I had a package from MK stolen off of my porch while I was on vacation and within the same day that I communicated this issue to MK's customer support, the issue was remedied and I was able to re-place my order. Customer service is fantastic: quick replies and very skilled at providing satisfaction to their customers.

Update, 5/9/23: I received a response this morning. They apologized for the shipping mixup and refunded the shipping charges, which was the most reasonable outcome. As mentioned below, I am editing my review. The rep was very understanding about the situation. I’ve bought from mechanicalkeyboards.com several times in the past 4-5 years and this was the first negative experience.
Original review: I ordered a keyboard on 5/5. I selected and was charged for overnight shipping. Because of when I placed my order, I knew that it wouldn’t be until 5/9 or 5/10 that it would arrive, according to their own FAQ.
However, it was shipped with FedEx’s regular home delivery service, meaning that it won’t arrive until 5/12 by FedEx’s own estimate. When I noticed the discrepancy between what I paid for and the actual service level, I reached out to customer service and never heard anything back.
Had I known that their definition of overnight is three days, I wouldn’t have bothered paying extra for the shipping. TBH, I probably wouldn’t have even ordered from this place and instead would have made the 90-minute trip to Micro Center or ordered from a different vendor.
In the extremely unlikely event that I get it in the time frame indicated by their own FAQ, I will amend this review accordingly.

The keyboard never arrived even though it is marked as delivered. I checked the keyboard on the time of delivery but there was no package. They also opted for the cheapest option for delivery (Surepost) so that they can delegate missing packages to USPS. However, USPS doesnt give a d*mn about the missing package.
Very irresponsible and sketchy business practice.

I ordered a Cherry MX switch tester along with a Ducky One 3 Aura Black 100%. The order was shipped out first thing Monday morning after I ordered it over the weekend, and aside from UPS creating headaches with their incredibly lackluster tracking, it was an excellent transaction. I reached out to their customer service (5-star service from Cat R.) to make sure all was well, and they did an excellent job at providing prompt, thorough, and professional customer service that left me feeling glad I made my first purchase in the realm of mechanical keyboards through MechanicalKeyboards.com.

Orders can take a long time because of sourcing challenges, but they make a great effort to keep the buyer in the loop and keep expectations realistic. Exceeded my expectations with their support, even throwing in free products when a cancelation was necessary on the initial order. After a long wait I ended up with a great product that was somehow even much better than I had imagined. Could have been an exasperating experience but was a phenomenal one because of their process and product.

Buyer beware! I ordered a Varmilo x MK x Ducky MIYA Pro for a birthday gift. The order confirmation said I would receive 4-7 business days. On the 6th business day, I contacted the company to track the item and learned they were still trying to figure out if the keyboard was in stock, and after I complained they offered to refund my money, which I did immediately! This company is sketchy!

I bought 5 10-packs of cherry MX blue switches. Two were the wrong switch type (Kailh blues), so I brought up the issue to customer support and they quickly resolved my issue and sent me replacements. No other electronics website has ever been this fast and with as good customer support and I fully intend to buy more keyboard parts from them in the future. I just wish they had LEDs in stock. 10/10 experience, would definitely recommend this company to a friend.

I'm delighted that it arrived earlier than expected.
I'm really satisfied with my purchase of this keyboard as it will be very useful. The only significant downside is that I'm not happy with the typing sound of the space key. However, it's great that this is the only drawback. For now, I plan to use it as is for a while and later purchase a pre-lubricated switch since it is hot-swappable. Personally, I'm not keen on disassembling and modifying the switch, so I'll simply replace it with a switch that is already lubricated.

My package was not delivered even though I got the delivery notification. I reached out to customer support to explain that my package had not arrived and that UPS would not open a claim for me as the recipient of the package.
Customer service did not offer to open a claim with UPS or to replace my order. I was told that the only resolution they would offer was a full refund and that if I ordered from the website again I was required to purchase a signature confirmation delivery at my own cost. I have never encountered this before and was shocked at how this company handles a package that was not delivered.
Additionally, this resolution was not communicated to me until I had already waited a week without a keyboard because customer service said there was nothing they could do until a date from the alleged delivery had passed. It would have been helpful to know I should have just ordered a keyboard from another retailer when the package was not delivered instead of wasting a week without a keyboard because I assumed this company would make it right.

Decided to order a custom keyboard and after doing some research went with mechanical keyboards.
Their website was easy to use and had a lot to choose from. The customer service i received was so fantastic.. They kept me informed through the whole process. EX: any delays in the keys i had ordered, when parts came in, as well as when it was finally done and shipped out to me.

I am extremely excited to be able to put on my new switches on my keyboard. I was very hesitant at first being that I’m just getting into the actual hobby and I wasn’t sure what I would actually like, but as soon as I stepped in the door, Jimmy and Jared were so extremely welcoming and they helped me find exactly what I was looking for. They had so many options displayed so you could really try them out and they had millons of switches ranging from different varieties and they really helped me find what the best switch for me would be. they really showed me they cared and didn’t pressure me to get some switches that everyone gets which made me feel confident about my purchase. Made a purchase for an item that was back ordered. ETA kept getting pushed out month after month. After waiting for over a year I asked for a refund and they refused, stating that it had been too long. In their response to another 1-star review below, they state that they "allow refunds up until the point of the shipping label being created" This is a blatant lie. They are incompetent with their ETAs. They are rude and uncaring with their email responses. And they are thieves.

I did contact you directly and a refund was flat out refused. I was told that it had been too long. Your ETA's stop becoming "estimates" when over the course of a year and a half you extend your ETA by 30 days every month. That's not an estimate, that's stringing your customers along. If you cannot accurately estimate whether you are able to get a product in the timeframe of a year and a half then you are doing something wrong. I am not frustrated over the long wait. I'm frustrated that after waiting for that long, a refund was refused and you stole my measly $30. I hope it was worth it.

Actually just terrible. I pre-ordered a keyboard which was set to be in stock originally August 8th, which is fine. Shipment came in on time, and I saw the availability as well as the switches being available on the 15th of August. Fast forward to keycaps coming in (the Ducky 2 TKL Pure White with Cherry Browns) were set to come in August 15th, and yet my order remained unprocessed. Keep in mind my order was on 7/04/22, and it is now 8/23/22. Yet two weeks later the keyboard is still in stock, and the keycaps which came in are now out of stock again and a new shipment is now set for 9/13/22, which means I probably won't even get the keyboard til the end of next month, provided they even manage to get it to me in a time under 20 days. Was a birthday present for my friend which I pre-ordered almost two months in advance, and turns out I should've never even came here in the first place. By the way, the order is STILL PENDING. And customer service is just a bot responding with a general eta. Don't bother ordering from here, it's a waste of time and effort.

I ordered a Ducky One Two keyboard and at first it was fantastic, everything was working well until I noticed the RGB lighting inside was starting to go off color. I didn't pay much mind to it until soon after my keyboard which was set to an orange color turned half green and other colors. Obviously the lightboard was faulty and only showed up after the warranty was gone. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. Not only is the lightboard broken but even now I am having trouble sometimes with certain keys not working like alt or ctrl. They sell faulty keyboards whose problems only show up after months of use.
