We are older (72) and recently moved to another state. I knew we could change our supplemental plan and called the advisor at Medical School to get advice. He told me (free of charge) that there was a much cheaper plan available in our new state and we just signed up for it--with a net reduction of $400 a month in our supplemental costs, with essentially the same coverage. Amazing!

The customer service was excellent. My representative name was David. He was kind and patient answered all my questions made me feel like family. We laughed and joked. He made sure I get everything I needed and wanted in my policy 000 thank you may God keep you in his grace

Randall Billings was very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining my medicare plan options in a very understandable manner. He answered all my questions and concerns. AND he found excellent premiums, less than I had anticipated. I am very appreciative for his time and expertise - he was attentive to my situation. Thank you MedicareSchool.

Planning ahead never hurts. It's good to have information on hand and in your back pocket. Even if you have Medicare, are you getting the best plan for your needs? Checking on your plans is a good idea.

I went through 2 other advisors elsewhere before working with Justin from Medicare School. We had several meetings, and I appreciated his patience while I resolved my employment options. He also worked to save me some $. Thank you, Justin!

Zeb Perrson at MedicareSchool.com did a great job not only answering but anticipating my questions. He confirmed that my research was on track and quickly found the best Plan N provider with long-term rate stability. He did all the paperwork to sign me up for Plan N and also submitted my application for Part D drug coverage with Wellcare. It was a great experience and capped off my search for the right Medicare coverage. Thanks Zeb!

Follow up and customer service from this business is TERRIBLE. I called in today to speak with Stephen Swanson, the gentleman who sold me my Medicare supplement. I was grilled by the person who answered the phone about why I wanted to speak with Stephen. When I call an establishment and ask to speak with a particular employee, I expect to be put through - not grilled about why I am calling. Finally, they agreed to put me through, but alas, Stephen was on another call. Understandable... I was offered to be put through to a member of his team. Ok. That would have been ok. However, NO ONE ON HIS TEAM PICKED UP THE CALL. I was on hold for minutes... yes several minutes, and finally hung up. Terrible, terrible, terrible service. Do not use this firm if you ever expect help after they've earned their commission off you.
