As useless as a glass hammer. Send you a message that their service will suffer an outage for 4 hours between 07:30-11:30. Three hours later, at 14:30 service was still out, and when reported to support and requested compensation, they offer a full 1 Euro, for 7 hours of work missed. 1 full Euro. Unacceptable and disrespectful towards clients who spend each month and pay on time.
piu di una settimana che ho chiesto la fibra fttc, preso permesso per uscita del tecnico ma non si e presentato, ha fatto risultare che il modem non c'era quando e stato collegato da me funzionante alla perfezione, chiamate e solleciti linea ad oggi assente, risulta attiva ma senza navigazione

Sono passato da FTTC a FTTH cogliendo l'offerta ENEL. Se dovessi fare una valutazione sulla qualità della connessione 5 stelle non basterebbero. Il grosso problema è che l'attivazione (o risoluzione dei problemi), mi ha privato di internet per più di un mese e mi ha tenuto impegnato per molto tempo in telefonate al call center. Peraltro ho trovato sempre personale gentile.

Their attitude to customers speaks volumes about their approach to business. Screw the customer by offering top ups in values of multiples of €10 so your always left with credit in your wallet if buying their €15 Pockit bundle.
No prior notice that you are outside your allowance until all of your credit is used up.
Their answer, you should have kept a better track of your usage.
While I agree it's my responsibility to a degree as far as I am concerned they should be advising you prior to using your credit.
I believe they are required to do so by EU directives. In other countries in Europe I've received a text message telling me my allowance was used up and I'd be charged for any use outside of my allowances. Not in Malta, not by Melita.
Regardless of this being a requirement or not it makes sense from a customer service and relationship perspective. If you make your customers unhappy then they are going to go elsewhere.
It is like they intend on this happening to customers. To not offer top ups in increments matching your Pockit charges you are ensuring that customers have credit to use.
You can avail of €5, €10 and €20 in the shop so why not online. Given Malta is so small and shops here regularly have no credit available or have only some of the values available it makes sense to offer them online.

Please stay away this company. Zero professionalism. They just do nothing but obstruct all the process. Getting rid of them is really hard. Please think wise before you start any of their service.

Pessima in tutto, fallimento totale. Connessione pessima, andavo meglio con l'adsl, assistenza inesistente, sto provando a recedere dal contratto, ho inviato le pec da una settimana e non ho avuto alcuna comunicazione. Provo a contattare il numero per l'assistenza e non risponde nessuno. Enel mi rimbalza alla loro assistenza, nonostante siano stati loro a proporre e fare il contratto. Non fatevi fregare da una società maltese che non ha né capo né coda.... entrereste in un tunnel senza via d'uscita, perché non si sa effettivamente nemmeno come recedere!
I have lived in 5 different countries. Melita is by far the worst mobile service provider I have ever used.
They sell you 5G but you will actually just get 3G speed (if you are lucky).
I mean afterall: We are talking here about a Maltese company. It represents the country pretty well: inefficient, retraded, run by idoits, quality non existent and service out of the rubbish bin.

Pessimi: problemi dall’attivazione fino alla dismissione.
Worst customer care ever , instead of apologizing for a warning of direct debit cancellation which apparently was not the direct was still apply in to my account they blame on me that not understanding the previous payment was for the actually period and payment for the bill due was to be paid because they sistem apparently updated only them not the customer anyway stay away from direct debit and bank payment with Melita
The worst provider possible! Internet not available for 2 days after any maintenance, I need to beg them to come and fix it, even tho they have been notified my work require internet connection. The customer service available for a call for 4 hours only, and then if the issue is not fixed you need to keep chatting with virtual agent. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy!
The worse service provider, internet cuts all the time, and the internet speed is a disaster. the modem changed twice. The same issue returns after a few weeks. Even if we upgraded our internet connection. They also cut the internet now and then for ''maintenance'' without providing any alternative to customers who have to work from home. I have been their customer for ages because there is not much of an alternative here in Malta.
Metto una stella perché non posso mettere 0. Mi sono trovata malissimo con Melita. Il servizio non mi è mai stato attivato e mi vedo arrivare in fattura €52.00 da pagare. Lo sconsiglio vivamente.
Manco una stella si merita, e un mese che non funziona, non si riesce a parlare con nessuno, o se tante volte sei fortunato ti trattano pure male sconsiglio sto valutando un altro gestore
