This is the second time I have used Memoria Direct Cremation & Funerals. I guess the fact I’ve used them twice tells you all you need to know. Kind, caring, helpful and supportive. I’d highly recommend.

Karen their adviser was very helpful did not push the cremation and gave me time to think about what was said.
I did go back and took out a policy with them at a reasonable price and I am happy with the service that I got from Karen all went smoothly taking about ten minutes to arrange .

Very friendly and supportive kept us informed every step of the way couldn't have asked for anything more .

I phoned several places today for quotes and payment plans this company were by far the most elequant and easiest to talk too . I paid in full for my cremation with no extra charges and to make things even better they were the best price . I would recommend

It is a very emotive thing to do, organise the final steps one takes to exit this world. I found the ladies at Memoria very kind and thoughtful, knowledgeable and sensitive to individual needs. Some thoughts on a final song to be played while lying in the Chapel of Rest brought smiles to both sides of the conversation and made the whole process a more relaxed and pleasant experience. Excellent service.

Staff were helpful and friendly. I was looking for a cremation plan long before I need it, so not in an emotional grieving state at the time of discussion. I have every confidence that they would be compassionate and understanding with anyone approaching them at that time of need.

My designated contact at Memoria, Karen Hood, was friendly, courteous and professional. She made sure my wife and I understood all the services that were included in our funeral plans and how and when each would be provided. What's more, Memoria were the cheapest of all the providers we considered and applied a promotional discount for being followers of MoneySavingExpert.

Process easy and I didn’t fell pressured.
Price better than other competitor's.
Haven’t used policy for the funeral services so unable to review after sales services yet.
