This is the second time I have used your service, first for my late husband and second for my late father. The first time you collected my husband from Derby Royal hospital so I can't comment on the collection service. But when you collected my Dad you were so compassionate . You introduced yourselves and talked us through how you would be taking Dad into your vehicle. Im glad you suggested we sat outside while you took him down the stairs as that would have been heartbreaking to see that. You sat and talked to my mum and myself and sister before your left us. I am so grateful for your kind service.

Staff where very polite and respectful. Didn't appreciate charges that became apparent which weren't explained clearly to start but everything else was fine. Overall a positive experience

From the first time I spoke to Gill I felt reassured that this plan was for me. She was polite, friendly, helpful and everything else I could ask for from customer service. The price includes the cost of the cremation, which is most important to me, and everything else that I need. It's affordable and I believe that everything contained in the package is right for the money. In the first conversation I was given sufficient information to make my decision and the next call was only two go over the final bits and make the payment, so all in all are very smooth and quick process. Planning for one's death is not something that ordinarily one might wish to do but it is something that needs to be done and memoria help you to do that easily and understandably. Without a doubt I recommend them to anyone and if my daughter was of age I would be urging her to take out a plan as well. This is only for those who want to be cremated I believe and it suits me well.

From initial contact to the actual cremation, to then being hand delivered my mum's ashes, Jade and the team were so helpful and understanding and I couldn't recommend them any more highly

I had no experience of direct cremation and what to expect, but Memoria made it easy for me. Very professional staff who were respectful and caring and kept me informed all the way. They never tried to load the total cost with unwanted and unnecessary services, which all other larger providers had tried to do and I respect them for that. I was so glad I chose them. The ashes were delivered to my home in the beautiful urn my family had chosen, by a delightful man who finalised the entire process. Memoria are an excellent company who I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone seeking a direct cremation.

The whole process of purchasing our plans was fully explained and completed by Jill (the very pleasant and helpful young lady dealing with our inquiry) the cost was very competitive and we would highly recommend this service.

I was impressed with the way my call for information was handled. Every question was answered with thought and expertise. After purchasing a plan for myself and my father sadly my father died quite quickly and the company was amazing at handling the whole situation for me. I was supported through the whole time.
