The best boots I’ve ever bought by far! Sooo comfortable! Look great! Completely waterproof and tough! Perfect for my many miles of dog walking! Well worth the money xxx

I’m so disappointed to be giving a one star, but here’s my experience:
I bought a pair of Andie wellies in August- loved them. Stylish and comfortable, everything I was looking for.
Unfortunately by November they were leaking at the toes, so I contacted customer service.
They replied immediately and after sending photos that they requested, I was sent a new pair. So far so good.
The second pair didn’t last a month before they also started leaking, but this time I’ve had no response from the company despite sending three emails.
These are pricey wellies, but worth it for the style and quality IF they are waterproof as claimed. However, if they can’t withstand a daily dog walk, they’re clearly not fit for purpose.
I’m disappointed in the wellies, but more disappointed with the lack of response from the company after 3 very polite emails asking for a resolution.

Edit: I’ve emailed as requested in the reply. I ll update if and when I get a resolution.

Edit number 2: After much misunderstanding of the situation, I’ve now received replacement wellies, so hats off to Merry People! I think their aim is to have excellent customer service, but something is going wrong along the way. They came good in the end, but bloody hell it took some back and forth with the communication!

Super company who really treat you like a valued friend. The boots are just fab and everything they are claimed to be and I would not hesitate to recommend them. You will not be disappointed and worth every penny!

Bought as a Christmas present and they were very well received. Good sizing, lovely quality. Also, Dark Cherry is a great colour

Love my Lemon yellow Tully boots. They are super-stylish and just a little bit of fun. I've got full wellies for the fields/woods and deep muddy dog walks but these are perfect for the wet walks in the parks and puddles.

Absolutely love these shoes they are literally my main walking shoes for dog walking in the muddy horrible weather. I’ve also got a lot of compliments on these when I sometimes just wear them as completely nice boots as well. Just a really great company and well-made shoes.

I’ve had my boots for 2 winters now and really like the colour, the fit, and the fact that they’re waterproof, but I’d have to warn anyone who was thinking of getting them, that they’re really best worn in the rain.
We’re knee-deep in snow just now and they’re ok in soft snow but if there’s any ice about they’re so slippery they’re dangerous. This also applies to wet leaves on pavements.
I’ve had to use my old gardening wellies to walk my dog in these snowy conditions and would say if you’re thinking of buying some, restrict yourself to wearing them in wet weather only and then they’re fab.

I have the Tully boots. They look so cool. I like the fact they don’t look like your average pair of wellies. I don’t find them particularly heavy. I wish there had been a bit more choice in colours in the Tully range. But I went for Plum in the end. They do look and feel really good quality so I expect they will stand the test of time.

I can’t recommend my Bobbi Boots highly enough! They’re super comfy, bouncy and warm… really cosy… and 100% wearable all day long! Whether walking along beaches, out in the country or wearing them to the Office, they absolute hit the spot! And with so many fabulous colours to choose from, what’s not to love! 🫶 Now, what colour shall I order next?? 🥰

I'd thought about purchasing the Bobbi boots for a while. I ordered them yesterday and they arrived today even though it's the weekend, so that was unexpected. Great service!
The boots look as fab in person as they do online (I went for the dark cherry), they fit comfortably in my normal size and feel great quality - I can't wait to wear them.
Obviously cannot comment yet on longevity, but hoping they last as they look like a wardrobe stable!

I have had my sandals a few weeks now and love them. I really hope they last a goof couple of years. Ordering and delivery was also prompt. I have seen some negative comments on here about the boots and no reply from Merry People. Please reply to these people as it is very frustrating when you don't get a response.

I bought these boots less than 2 years ago. Part of their pitch is the fact they never go on sale because the quality is so high. I think the warranty when I bought them was for two years. I wear these boots for an hour a day for around six months of the year for dog walking only, so I’ve warn them for two winters only. I rinse when they’re muddy and apply the rubber care product at least once a season. 2-3 weeks ago I noticed the rubber cracking on one of the boots and the inside of the sole was wearing away. I contacted Merry People and provided all the above info as well as images of the boots. I heard nothing. I’ve emailed another email which I found on their website and have heard nothing. No response whatsoever. As far as I can see they do not offer customer service so keep this in mind if you’re considering buying these boots. If anything goes wrong, they won’t be interested. They won’t even reply with a courtesy email. You’ll be totally ignored.
