My company has been with met tel for year's. It’s a joke!!!! Each and every time there is a problem, and trust my word you can put in 1000 tickets not once with this company contact me back. They just kept rowing over some sort of resolution so they never did the due diligence on finding out what was wrong with the line then quoted me that there is a process, five times never follow through with that one process never called me back and I still have no phone line. Down at the bottom, it gives you the option to opt in for text and updated information on the company although they’ll do is just send you the same email over and over and over with no resolution. They’ll just text you over and over and over with no resolution.

Placed an order a line they took our money and we never received the order.

I was very satisfied with my previous order in 2021 or 2022! I then placed a larger order in May 2023 and was informed by Metals Unlimited that my orders had already been shipped and told me to check the post office, which I did and they tracked the orders to a warehouse in CA. Checking with Capital One to see if I can have the payment reversed, but it might be too late.

I placed an order for an anniversary gift on 7/1/23. They took my money and I got my confirmation email. That was the last I heard from these crooks. I ordered from them a couple of years ago and was happy with my order, but apparently there is a new owner who decided to run off with everyone's money. Their website is down, numerous emails went unanswered and no response to my phone calls. I was left with no choice but to file a BBB report and dispute the charges with my bank. BUYER BEWARE. Do not order from these thieves!

DO NOT do business with these lying thieves. They take your $$$ and provide no products or support.

I purchased a sign on July 29, 2023. I have not received it yet and it’s now September. I have sent several emails to metalunlimited with no reply’s. Contacted the BBB. Still nothing.

Like every one else, I have enjoyed their products over the years. My 5-15-2023 order has not arrived as of 9-1-2023.. I emailed 3 times-got a response and apology once in June, nothing since. This new owner is a scam artist, playing off of the good reputation of the previous owner. My credit card company is reversing the charges and crediting back my money. Metal Unlimiteds little warehouse is shut down- locked up- no employees-no lights on.
Folks, they are out business.
I have the state attorney General investigating, and they say they will file criminal charges later this year.

It has been six weeks since I ordered a sign from this company. I have tried to contact them on their phone but the message on their answering machine says to contact them through their email. I did several times. They have contacted me and said that the sign is in the final processing stage and will be shipped soon. I will be notified through my email address. As of today no email contact and no sign. It’s sad that a company will have no contact with you regarding a product you purchased, you paid for, they received the money and no product.

I ordered a wedding gift on July 1. They indicated it would take 3 weeks to ship. I followed up by e-mail in late July. Was told it was still in production and would ship soon. Followed up again by e-mail. No reply. Website not available. No phone number listed on order or on credit card statement. They have my money and I have no wedding gift.

Terrible been 3 months and still haven't received my sign,beware!!!!

It took 2 months to receive my order. There is no longer a phone number on the website, so email is your only way to communicate with the company. It took them over a week to respond to my email, and then it was very brief, offered no explanation for the delay, and basically said, "We don't know when it will ship, but we'll send you an email when we do." I had ordered it for a wedding gift.....but the wedding was over a month ago! I've ordered from here in the past on multiple occasions, but something has changed recently.....save yourself the hassle and order from someone else!

I ordered because of a Groupon never again!! I ordered in May I’m still waiting!!! No response!! No product !!! Want my money back!!!!

It’s been 3 weeks and no update on order, poor communication with only automated responses. The gift is not coming in time for the party and it is quite embarrassing. What a disappointment. Will never order from them again!

No email réponse and no item was delivered. They took my money and I never received the item. They are so dishonest. No one ever answers the emails either.

I have been waiting almost a month and no shipping information. They are not responding to my emails. I called, but I was directed to email. I ordered 4 ornaments on November 12. It's December 8 and hasn't shipped! Will never order again!

I order 2 items (same thing) on November 26// After several emails I received on Dec.28 with only 1 item delivered// e mailed them same excuses// emailed again on Jan 10 and Jan 11 with no response.. They have had teir money since Nov 26 2021 Just want my second item.

I ordered a metal sign and the email confirmation said it ships within 5-7 days. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift. It's now been 18 days (well beyond Christmas) and it still hasn't shipped. I canceled the order but they refuse to refund my money. They refuse to even acknowledge their own statements of 5-7 days. Customer service is nonexistent and truly does not care about their customers. I filed a complaint with the BBB which has rated the company an F due to customer complaints. There are 64 complaints just on delivery issues alone. I have filed a credit card dispute since they refuse to issue me a refund for an item never received.

Now going on 7 weeks and still have not received my order! The worst company ever!!!

I have been waiting for my order for over 5 weeks and my credit card was charged on the day I placed my order!
I have emailed many times to only receive the same reply “we apologize for the delay”. I tried calling, they don’t accept calls and tell you to email. I can’t get a straight answer as to when I can expect my order. Very disappointed in their customer service
