Loved our sign! Quality work and delivery. Would definitely use them again.

Paid $103 for a very flimsy product. Won’t take much for this thing to break. Wouldn’t order from this company again.

I received my initial monogram today and am very pleased with the size and workmanship. The painted coating on both sides seems durable. The only problem is deciding where to hang it! I ordered it on December 13 and given the mail delays this year wasn’t surprised that it took almost a month (received on (1/11/21), but then, it is custom made so time has to be allowed for its manufacturing. It was not intended to be a Christmas present. I would definitely order from this company again. Check on Facebook or Living Social for good discounts.

Ordered sign the 23rd of November it's now the 11th of January no sign. I emailed no response called about 4 times finally got someone on the phone and the same thing was told to me as some of the other reviews. It had "imperfections" and had to be redone. I would not recommend but if you do decide to chance I'd have my Christmas 2021 orders in by the 4th of July.

Do not order from this business. May be out of business. Completely unresponsive to customer service calls and emails. No one answering phone calls. Can not leave message. Emails unanswered.

I purchased a Christmas gift on November 16th. On December 20th I emailed asking where the gift is multiple times with no response. Finally my wife spoke to the RUDEST gal who was short, snippy and should NEVER talk to customers. We ended up with a refund, 7 weeks later and missed giving our loved one a special gift that we ordered 6 weeks in advance!!!

Ordered twice from Germany. Shipment took about a month both times. Products (street sign, brewery hanging, customized words) were all magnificent.

I ordered on Nov 25, 2020. Website had a pop of staying orders made before Nov 28 will arrive before Christmas. Today is Jan 4. 2021 and still no signs or showing any shipment. I emailed on Dec 20. 2020 and response said their items are shipped 2-4 weeks from order date. No items purchased and out my money that will need to be dealt with by my bank. Their Better Business Bureau score is an “F”. Order from one of the other steel companies like Veteran owned “Redsteel”. My friends love them. Lesson learned.

Frustrating. I ordered multiple signs and most were fine. One sign has 2 of the letters cut backwards; that’s right backwards. I have a 7 letter name and the last two are reversed. When I emailed with a picture they replied “flip your sign over!”

I replied to that email to which they replied “We do not have a way to do letters upside down, you will need to flip the bottom to the top and the top to the bottom.”

Do they understand that some letters forward and others backwards isn’t the same as something being upside down?

Ordered a few items from this company and every one of them were fantastic!

I would highly recommend placing an order because their merchandise is well worth the price!

Thieves! They robbed me and blocked me from social media and wouldn't reply to my emails or calls. I dont even want to give this company 1 star. I made an order with them in November and cancelled it the next day when I heard it could take 6 weeks for delivery. They told me at that time that I would get a refund of my money within 2-10 business days. It has been 26 days now. No refund. And now I am blocked and cannot get anyone on the phone. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Back in October 2020, I ordered 1 Stephens. That one came in. I also ordered 2 M’s for Macholz, and have not received them as of Dec. 17th. I was told by your company that you had to redo them.
WHEN....will they be delivered????? Please let me know ok.

I use metals unlimited for closing gifts for my clients. They all absolutely love the gifts they receive. I have received many calls and pics showing the items I too personally have an item. That is how I started to order the gifts. This truly gets the 5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I placed my order on October 13th for Christmas gifts for my family. I asked for 4 of the same name and 1 of a different name. On the website it said it takes 2-4 weeks. 4 weeks later I emailed them to find out where my order was and was told it takes 4-6 weeks for orders. 2 weeks later I sent a second email inquiring about my order and was told that it had come out with flaws and was being recut. 7 weeks after I placed my order I received my items only to find out they had shorted me 1 of the ones that had the same name. I again emailed them and let them know and was asked to take a picture of what I had received and the packing slip...I don't know why. They apologized and told me they would get it cut and shipped out immediately. I would definitely not recommend this company as it does not look like my order is the only one that has been messed up. I hope that I receive the last one and my Christmas is not ruined by their lack of business knowledge.

I ordered a split monogram with last name and the name is soooo small it looks stupid. I emailed them and theyre not gonna replace. I would not recommend useing them. I use a cricut machine myself and could have sized it alot better than they did. Very poor customer service and product.

Overall experience is frustrating. Didnt apply my Groupon, overwritten with first time welcome code. I called them and worked it out so I thought.. They Sent me a email on a refund but never honored the Refund, total liars! I would Never use them again nor could I recommend anyone uses them! SAVE your time and Fustration!

I ordered 4 Christmas gifts back on October 29th. I emailed them on November 17th and was told that my order was in the final process and they would send me an email when it shipped. I emailed them again on November 30th about the status and have received no email as of today. I called customer service and got their tacky piano concerto for 16 minutes and no one ever answered. This is the worst customer service ever and now I am left wondering what to do for the 4 gifts that were in this order. I am also out over $200.00 for this!

I ordered one sign and I liked it so much that I ordered another one. I just wish they came in a little bigger. I highly recommend metals unlimited and I will definitely order again.

My experience with this company has been nothing short of outstanding! I placed an order for two different signs but I made an error selecting the correct size. Even though the order was in, I sent an immediate email and quickly received a response. The customer service team resolved the error, put in the new order and adjusted the charges. I expected a lengthy wait after all the hassle I caused, but my order arrived in just a few days! The products are beautifully crafted and of high quality.
