I placed orders for two signs. They accepted the order then I was advised it wasn't able to be filled (no idea why) and my Visa would be refunded. I ordered the products from another company. I unexpectedly received my order from Metal Unlimted and was charged. I tried to email, phone calls and I received ZERO customer service telling them I ordered from another company after THEY CANCELED. They refused to return phone calls. I ended up with extra signs for over $240 that I didn't want. Customer service does not exist.

We have ordered 2 custom signs from Metal Unlimited. They both came in a timely manner and are beautiful. Thank you for the quality work.

If I could leave a worse review, I would. I have a Party this Friday, and I ordered these six weeks ago. Unfortunately, they used the only company worse than them to ship these, FedEx. So FedEx says to call them and they say to file a claim with FedEx. Don't use either of these companies, you'll regret it if you do.

So disappointed. It's been months. So I'm taking a hard edge with this review. I sent them a YouTube review months ago. I wanted to add it here, but it wasn't allowed. What they sent was dangerous. I have ordered b4 from them and I KNOW FOR SURE this is not how it's supposed to come. I made it very clear to them that the next 2 signs I was going to order were going to folks who are BLIND. They READ WITH THEIR FINGERS. Both are also musicians. This sign could've caused them permanent damage. I am shocked that they have not refunded my money, asked me to send it back so they could see it, OR replace it as they said they would over a month ago.
The wedding was early August. This is so embarrassing...for you.

I spent over $120 for 2 letters. They are small and incredibly flimsy. I have no idea how to leave a review on their website. They all look fake to me. Save your money!!

If you buy on Groupon or directly from them, you won't get your items in the 5-7 business days. It looks like Etsy gets this time frame as their reviews are positive. If you email customer service, sometimes you get no response, and if you do it's stating it needed to be re-cut. If this is the case, how are you making a profit if you keep having mistakes and recutting - or is this a response to keep delaying getting customers the product? When I got it several weeks later, I had an issue, and now we are at a standstill as I don't know when I'll get my items. At this rate, I might as well dispute the charges on my credit card.

Received as a gift. One number needed changed from 9 to 8. Unable to do this at all even when offered to pay to change a 9 to an 8. No flexibility or customer support. Do you hurt gify persons feelings because they made a simple mistake? Piece is going in the trash as it has wrong day. VERY disappointed with this company and would not recommend.

Ordered the 18 inch copper version on June 10. Product arrived June 20. Was advised of status during entire process. Very pleased with the end result. People have been getting my last name wrong for more than 70 years but the name sign was spot on. Perhaps thinner material then expected but certainly a quality product well finished. Wife was very happy with belated anniversary gift.

Product was good, but was misprinted. After asking for it to be replaced, they said they would but a week went by with no other info. I then asked for it to be refunded. That was not acknowledged, only to be told the order was being made. After more silence, I messaged via Facebook to ask for a refund. That was not acknowledged - I was told a new one was being made. I finally got an email today that the product was near completion, but I do not want it. I just want a refund since it was a gift for Mother's Day.

I've ordered 3 signs as gifts so far and each have been exceptional! Will definitely order again next Christmas. Thanks!

Ordered a large sign for wedding but didn't realise it was a duplicate because somebody else had done the same thing. I tried to cancel within 2 hours and no answer by phone and I sent 4 emails and no response. they refused to cancel the order even before they started making it! Extremely bad customer service. Never will do business again with this company. If u make a mistake at all with metal unlimited, you are screwed.

Quality products, fast delivery

I ordered a monogram for one of my clients on November 15, 2020 as a Christmas gift and it just arrived today, February 28, 2021. At first I was upset, but then realised my package was sent through the US using USPS. I do not blame the company nor the USPS but the ex (dare I even use this term) President and his lackey, DeJoy for trying to gut the American postal service in an effort to rob the American people the right to vote safely during the worst pandemic in recent history. Despite that, over 80M people, confirmed by courts all over the land, and the US Senate, elected a new President. Not only am I extremely happy with the results of the election, I am also extremely happy with the quality and workmanship of the monogram. I will order from here again.
I'm sure my client will love it. Better late than never. In more ways that one.

im so tired of the add popping up everywhere its so god damn annoying

This place is a joke don't waste your money. Very disappointed!

November 10th I made three orders for the individual
Christmas ornament. The ad says delivery will take two to four weeks. Intended as
Christmas gifts, the time should have been adequate to deliver for gifting. The items arrived in my mailbox on January 23rd and received by me on January 24th. Seven weeks after ordering and two weeks after a phone call to the company asking "where is the order " and getting a non-committal response, with no interest and complete disdain in the voice saying, "I will tell woodwork". Seemed strange to me. Never in the purchase agreement was "woodwork" mentioned. I expected a metal product from a company named "Metalworks" and while pleasant enough looking, the product falls far short of my expectation directed by their marketing. I truly believe this was intentionally deceptive marketing. Why would anyone be so hungry as to cheat a customer for $13 an item? I would have been worth much more in the repeated ordering of my "sample" product.
