I contacted metro fax about the price increase and they lowered it down to what it was before which was cool because I do not fax a lot and don’t have a business so they brought it down from 8 dollars to 4 dollars. Cool. Thanks Glen👍

I contacted customer service via live chat and the customer service representative-Glenn R.- was very polite and helpful. I was originally going to cancel after using the free trial but I decided to keep my subscription. Highly recommend trying it out.
