I was having trouble getting my fax to go through to a "non restricted number"…
I was having trouble getting my fax to go through, stating that it was being sent to a "restricted" number. I have used that fax number before...but I didn't remember to put a "1" in front of the fax number to send, although it was a local number I was faxing to. Lyra P. at metrofax quickly helped me to resolve my problem through Metrofax Chat Services. I really appreciated her valuable and friendly assistance. Metrofax services have been "GREAT"!!

Great Customer Service!
I am a longtime MetroFax customer. I use faxes infrequently, but at times it can be essential. The online fax service is easy to use and stores all of my previous faxes. I also get email alerts that a fax has either been received or sent. Although the rates to increase from time to time, MetroFax is easy to work with and will work with you to maintain a rate that works for you. I have been very pleased with this service. Their customer service is great also. Although I prefer to speak with a human being, they only now offer chat support. No worries! My recent chat with Lyra went smoothly and I still felt that same level of personal support that I would have had we been speaking on the phone. She answered all of my questions without that "scripted" response that so often happens when chatting. Give MetroFax a try. You won't be disappointed!

Convenient if you don’t have a landline, expensive by the month
Cancelled after a couple of years of no use, Joke was helpful in doing so. A good service if you need to fax in these days without landlines.
