They are a SCAM. New signs posted about pricing fees, not a single one stating event parking fee. Which is usually $20 in my area, and all the other parking lots have no problem putting that sign up.... Toon meer

DO NOT USE- RANDOM $10 CHARGE CAME UP…
DO NOT USE- RANDOM $10 CHARGE CAME UP ON MY CARD AFTER PARKING THAT THEY SAID WOULD DROP OFF AND NEVER DID
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE
Absolutely terrible experience.
If you partner with third-party booking sites like Priceline and advertise “free parking included,” then make the process actually work.
I booked a two-night stay at Conrad Resorts World through Priceline, and my reservation clearly included free parking. Not once did Priceline, Metropolis, or the hotel provide instructions on how to redeem it. Every person I spoke to seemed confused and kept telling me I needed some mystery code that was supposedly entered somewhere on the Metropolis website.
???? I never received a code.
Twice I was stuck sitting at the garage exit gate having to call Metropolis just to get out. Both times I was asked for my reservation confirmation, which I submitted over and over again through text and email with absolutely no resolution. The Conrad front desk even confirmed that my parking should have been free and gave me ANOTHER code to enter on your website. The problem?? There was literally nowhere on the metropolis app or website to enter the code.
How is a parking company making something as simple as validated hotel parking this difficult?
The entire experience was frustrating, disorganized, and a complete waste of my time. No customer should have to play detective between Priceline, a hotel front desk, and Metropolis just to leave a parking garage.
I will go out of my way to avoid Metropolis garages in the future. I’d rather walk several blocks to my destination than deal with this mess again.
A trash experience
Absolutely the worst experience and I will be refusing to park in a metropolis garage anytime ever again. I would pay more money to not park here.
When I drove in they had QR codes all over the garage not noting that your license plate will be automatically scanned and billed. If you scan the QR code it prompts you to start a job. Once you start a job you cannot edit it, meaning if you didn't have a license plate added it will bill you extra and any local business validation will not work.
I was billed for two jobs despite having had it validated and in order to get ahold of customer service I had to wait 30 minutes and then it took another 30 minutes to get a resolution. The customer service is bad and the software is worse.
Horribly Deceptive Business Practices/class Action Lawsuit Company
Deserving of negative stars, this company functions on predatory practices. I reached out to them requesting to have my ridiculously high $75 fine for parking in one of their parking lots (that was empty, mind you), marked very poorly,(no sighs at all against the wall where I parked. I sent them a dispute and they told me they couldn’t reimburse me. Little did I know that I would go look at metropolis io online only to find that they have class action lawsuits, are known for shady and deceptive business practices. I will be looking for the nearest class action lawsuit. These predatory businesses need to pay.

Parked in the lot but couldnt navigate the payment so i left the lot 28 minutes later. 2 months later i get a bill for $68.06. called and they waived the notice fee but still required $13.56 payment. Absolute garbage company making a living off the backs of good people. I hope whoever owns this company gets thrown in jail
Untrustworthy, unreliable parking system
Never create an account with this company! They blatantly assess duplicate charges and refuse to remove them. Their customer support is AI that prevents you from resolving issues while late fees compound.
If you have any other options, park elsewhere.

Over 40 bucks for parking is excessive
Over 40 bucks for parking is excessive. It cost more than the ticket of the event. Who the hell needs 15 hour parking? The normal rate is 20 but they chose to price gouge that day. Greed at its finest
Crap technology and worse "customer service"
Their technology didn't capture my car leaving the lot and when I contacted their customer service, instead of working with me to resolve the issue they simply kept saying it was a "valid" charge. I even have video and photo evidence that my car WAS NOT in the parking lot where it was racking up huge charges. THEN, they FIXED the exit time, but instead of putting the correct entry time, they MOVED IT BACK so the charge remained the same. Good thing I'd been documenting things as they went along. What a joke.
We were overcharged for our recent stay…
We were overcharged for our recent stay at the Four Points Sheraton at PHL. $105.00 was billed to our credit card. We were told at check-in that we would receive ten free days of parking for booking our room. Well, this was not the case. Beware of using any Metropolis parking service.
I tried to enter economy parking and…
I tried to enter economy parking and the gate would not go up. When I called after getting into the terminal, they said they would check. Later email said the gate was operational and I was already parked in the more expensive long term parking and had to board my plane.
I then sent email request with screenshots and pictures and copy of time I first called with the issue, they reviewed and again said charge was valid and gave no refund. They also did not tell me what to do in the future when there are problems -you have no recourse with this company, they just keep saying the charge is valid and just tell me 5 hours later that the gate was operational. Who knows what is going on with this company but I am locked in using it at my local airport.
I would like to update my review. 30 minutes after getting the email that they were not going to give me a credit at all, they now are saying they will refund me the entire parking bill of 71.49. I can sere in my credit card that is valid as the refund is already processing. Not sure what changed their mind in 30 minutes but I am much pleased with the final result.
I went for Memorial Day but could only…
I went for Memorial Day but could only be there less than 2 hours. It did not give me an option to pick by the hour. It only had pay all day for $15.99. This isn’t fair. I paid $16 for a little over an hour to park. Then I tried to complain & they just kept repeating the prices as if I didn’t know that. They’re taking advantage of people. People are already struggling.

Total scam
Total scam. Parking lots advertise one rate and charge another. called customer service to complain and they had various nonsensical reasons why I was wrong. I am in Pacific standard time and they told me the earlybird rates did not apply because they were based on eastern standard time so even though the sign said early bird before 10 am and it was 9 o’clock my time, earlybird did not apply because on the East Coast it was after 10 am. And then they came up with some rationale about a 10 hour max which absolutely made no sense since I was only going to be parking for 3 to 4 hours. In short they advertise $16 rates and then charge almost $50.
Completely absurd
This completely absurd. They should hire staff with real intelligence. Its rediculous that I was forced to use this platform to park a rental car while attending a trade show. Now this rental car in link to my card and I am billed evertime someone uses this platform to park the rental car. If I am in Los Angeles how I park a car in San Francisco??? Anyone with real intelligence can understand this!!!

Somehow other peoples plates are added to your account and you end up paying for cars you don’t own and places you never been. They have 0 security checks when you create the account
I had a very bad experience with…
I had a very bad experience with Metropolis Parking and will never park there again.
The sign at the garage said “$5 for the first hour” and underneath it said “Daily Rate $35.” We knew we would not be there long, but apparently we stayed 1 hour and 17 minutes and were charged the full $35. The signage is extremely misleading and does not clearly explain that going over one hour immediately jumps to the $35 maximum rate.
To make matters worse, they added another $9.99 “security” charge on top of the parking fee with no clear explanation.
The entire process is confusing because they do not give you a ticket or clear pricing breakdown before parking. You only scan the QR code when leaving, after you are already committed and have no clear understanding of the charges.
I called customer service thinking this had to be a mistake, but the manager was extremely rude and dismissive. Instead of helping, they insisted the pricing was clearly posted — it absolutely was not.
The sign should clearly state:
“$5 for under 1 hour. After 1 hour: $35 max rate.”
Using the phrase “Daily Rate” is confusing and misleading for customers who only plan to park a short time.
Companies should be required to clearly explain all fees before customers park. At minimum, customers should have to scan the QR code before entering so they can actually see the rates and extra charges ahead of time.
Very disappointing experience. I would strongly recommend parking somewhere else.
The whole process was very confusing…
The whole process was very confusing and unclear! I parked there in the parking garage on Sheridan Avenue in Oklahoma City for a total of maybe 3 to 4 hours. I paid $31.50 for parking there. And then the next Friday I was charged another $31.50! And I never was back in that parking garage. It seems like it’s just a big scam. I will never use the metropolis parking garage again. I’m still waiting to get my refund.
Use a prepaid card and fake info
Too bad zero stars isn't an option. This company is an AI driven, data farming nightmare. Avoid their garages at all costs. You will have to download their app which is riddled with privacy concerns. Then when you do pay, they'll still send you a parking violation notice with an exorbitant notice fee of $50+. I used their chat to dispute and was greeted by another AI assistant. Asking for a real person will grind the conversation to a halt. Eventually someone offered for me to pay for the parking again and they'd generously waive the notice fee. I provided an image showing where they charged my bank. They tried to say the date I parked and date I was charged don't match. (Duh, CC charges don't clear same day, often showing pending) Then they tried to charge my card for parking at a date and time my car was in my own driveway. It's a shame they're taking over parking in so many cities. I'd walk for miles before parking in another one of their lots. Let's hope they improve their signage so I know where to avoid. Use Spot Hero, they don't scam you.
