The agent Emmanuel T. turned an anticipated stressful process into a very easy and user friendly after work worry free experience.
Upon moving into my new room, my top up meter gave me an error when trying to enter a prepaid code. So I called the service number.
I was immediately transferred to Emmanuel who gave me a manual unlock code, which worked perfectly. The meter was topped up and unlocked for future manual top ups in less than 5 minutes.
This is:
FCR - triple AAA+
IR - 12 stars out of 10
Friendliness and service level - sets world class standard
In the end... It was about a run out meter to provide me with energy I require to cook, heat, wash myself and getting ready for the day.

I am extremely disappointed with this company. When I entered my code, it was rejected. After contacting customer service, I was told they could not assist because they believe I purchased the wrong meter account. I explained multiple times that I entered the correct meter number - I can clearly see it saved on my account and it matches the number on my card. I verified it several times. When I requested a refund, they refused and insisted the issue was my fault. It's obvious something went wrong on their end, yet they refuse to ackbowledge it and continue blaming me.
David was very helpful thank you for your help
