I wrote to Mick George as a 'key' worker using my Blue Light card as requested to do so.
Unfortunately, they gave me me a discount code but it was already for the same value applied.
This is contrary to the vast majority of UK retailers who value doctors, nurses, policeman and the like by providing a higher or better discount for 'key' workers!

I have used Mick George for most of my recent wood orders. The prices are better than others and once delivery day is confirmed it comes one the day and within the allotted time slot.
I have had an issue with an order, not MG fault it was their supplier sending the wrong product. Contacted customer service and Heather came back quickly to assist. I can not praise Heather enough for her help in resolving the issue and coming up with a solution quickly.
Even though I have had issues I would use them in the future as I know the customer service is there to resolve something if needed.

I ordered two items at short notice, and both were delivered on time (two different products: skip and fences). The delivery drivers were both very efficient and polite.
I asked for the kip to be delivered and picked up on the same day, which they did. Excellent service.

Good price, delivered quickly and best part the skill of the delivery driver who placed the four tonnes of gravel exactly where needed saving me loads of time and effort - good work.
