Do not work for this company shocking how they treat there staff! Was offered wrk in chester.turned up on site on the hottest day of the yr done my induction to then be told i only have 1 break in 11 hrs.so work 7am to 1pm.30 min break then till 6.obsolute disgusting .health and safety induction even mentioned they have a large staff turnover .says alot about them especially with a 2.7 star rating for employee reviews.definitely avoid

Not good for timber products.Their supplier is useless,even after I asked for replacement defect gravel boards and fence panels,second time still sent me rubbish quality products.
Their wood looks like has been underwater for ages then sold as new products.
Rooted and molded boards,nails from fence panels are heavily corroded,not worth the time wasted on this.

Love the quality of the products but 3 down falls
1 your advertised price is lower than the price given once you input your postcode
2. Free delivery but you sneak in a fuel surcharge
3. Twice ive put in delivery notes to avoid certain days and twice ive had to ring because I received notification that you have scheduled delivery on the days i asked you to avoid.

Told the company where to leave the skip - few emails saying they couldn’t leave it there ! When agreed with mgt company ! Then said they would but difficult for delivery as would blocking bins.
Delivered 3 days late ! Driver had no clue where to deliver and rang me ! Still waiting to be picked up. All communication through an intermediary. Very poor would not recommend !
