Garry is very easy to contact and enables you to meet with him in a nice setting at a time that suits.
I have always found Garry easy to communicate with and he is informative in plain English.
Mortgages are confusing and stressful to understand at times and I feel Garry explains them well and gives more than one option for what may best suits your needs. He works with the information you give him and will not try and stretch what is not manageable for you. He is not a sales man and is impartial. He finds the best deals and is extremely knowledgable.

Gary handled all of the negotiations with the banks, and lifted what would have been immense pressure in securing a loan, through his clear knowledge and familiarity with the process. There were no unforeseen obstacles or steps along the way that he hadn't made us aware of, and the relaxed yet confident demeanor was reassuring through out the private sale of our house. We heartily recommend to anyone.
