Miles and Barr have been exceptional in the sale of my property. They have made the process efficient and stress free. I would like to extend my personal thanks to the whole team, especially Jade Eccott who has been on hand every step of the way. Always available at the end of the phone for help and guidance. I am extremely pleased with the prompt and helpful attention we have been given by Miles and Barr in both letting and in sales.
We have been with the same agent for over 20 years and Charlotte Dyer has most efficiently and expertly managed our properties for well over a decade. I have always been impressed by Charlotte’s professionalism and kindly manner.
Although we may not have the largest portfolio, I could not wish for a better service or more pleasant, helpful and effective staff.

Our time with Miles & Barr was hassle free. It was a seamless experience with each communication and dealings with the team. We have just completed our property sale with Miles and Barr and have been really pleased with the service. Maddie and Reuben in the Herne Bay office have been fantastically helpful and Melissa in the progression team has gone above and beyond in making the sale happen (even assisting whilst on annual leave). Lynette was the perfect person to introduce us to Canterbury and its properties. She understood straight away what we were looking for and took us around to show us. Big plus was that she was able to drive us around.

I have been dealing with Louise for my Purchase of a property in Margate. As I am a first time buyer I am learning as I go and Louise has been with me the whole way through with great communication and reassuring explanations of processes.

My family need a lot of care .I am an unpaid carer . The fact that the staff at Miles and Barr do such a great job of managing our rental property a huge help to me . The service I have received from Miles and barr has been exceptional throughout. They communicated swiftly when issues arose and continued to keep me updated on a regular basis. As a tenant over 2 years with Miles and Barrs I repeatedly experienced missed and poor communications, blatant failure to follow procedures and policies, including failures to formally received a complaint. Attitude of senior managers was arrogant and dismissive. A company very much geared towards landlords and NOT tenants.
