Absolutely Amazing!!
Have been using Mindful Chef for a few months now and we are total addicts! Every delivery is well packaged, no missing ingredients or damaged items. The recipes are absolutely delicious and are always of exceptional quality. There is so much variety to choose from, so we’ve never had the same meal twice. The App is very easy to use and billing is always 100% accurate. Excellent all round! 👏

Would recommend
I really love Mindful Chef as someone who is in office 4 days a week & also really cares about getting healthy meals in! It has given me space to breathe, it is more than just a meal subscription service. The produce is always good quality too and the website is easy to use.
If I could, I would knock off half a point because they’re not the most accessible if you have a food allergy. You can’t filter out recipes containing a specific ingredient other than gluten I don’t think??& I oftentimes have to replace their ingredients with my own alternatives. It’s completely fine but if they found a way to enable substitutes the service would be top notch. Accessible design benefits everyone :)

Love the mindful chef recipes, it’s really important for me to know where the meat came from and that it’s free range which no other food delivery companies can seem to do, I will always stick with mindful chef for this reason. Great variety and really tasty meals. Customer service are also super helpful, I spoke to Eleanor and she was extremely helpful and friendly!

Looks great.BUT..beware cost rise and service poor to say least!
Looks great.. not made clear that prices go up just after the very first week even though your given 30% off for the first few weeks. When I communicated this to an adviser they agreed and tbh didnt seem to care i was cancelling due to this..i wouldn't recommend this company at all. Food good but cost not clear on sign up and customer service shambolic

Mindful Chef have an outstanding customer service operation. Always quick to reply, helpful and go out of their way to solve problems. I love this company though just a word of warning, prices are increasing and ingredients seem to be being minimised......please don't lose your mojo!

Excellent service
I needed to change the delivery date of a one off box as I had ordered it to take away for a weekend in the Isle of Wight. I had ordered it to arrive the day we left for the Isle of Wight.
Worried that it may not arrive in time I contacted the customer care team to see if the delivery could be amended to the day before.
It was nice trouble and it was sorted in no time.
I can now be assured that the box will arrive in plenty of time for my weekend away.
