Varied , fresh and tasty menus that I enjoy cooking especially as I am on my own so cooking can get very boring !

I needed to change the delivery date of a one off box as I had ordered it to take away for a weekend in the Isle of Wight. I had ordered it to arrive the day we left for the Isle of Wight.

Worried that it may not arrive in time I contacted the customer care team to see if the delivery could be amended to the day before.

It was nice trouble and it was sorted in no time.

I can now be assured that the box will arrive in plenty of time for my weekend away.

I’m very impressed with the quality of ingredients- vegetables are generally fresh and the sealed packaging helps to keep them in good shape. The variety of meals is good and helps to maintain a healthy diet.

1. I have had consistent delivery issues with the delivery company dumping my order on the street without coming to my door. It has taken months to sort this.

2. For the last two weeks, my box, which consisted of £100 worth of food, has simply not arrived. Zero communication from either Mindful Chef or the delivery company to inform me that the food would not arrive leaving me with no planned meals for the week for my family. They have then said that the delivery company damaged the box.....twice in a row. Ridiculous.

Mindful Chef's response to this is wholly unacceptable. They simply try to push another box on me (which they can send out tomorrow) to keep the money coming in and save giving you a refund. No consideration of the impact this has had.

A great high quality way to shift some of mental load of meal planning. Always tasty and there’s a great range for vegetarians like us.

Great products, recipes and customer service!

Mindful Chef is amazing not only with their recipe variety, but also in client interaction. I have been cooking Mindful Chef recipes for the past 3 years and there are still new recipes I haven't tried unlike some other suppliers. They have wide selection of vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options that serves everyone.

They have a really good customer care service. Any problems have been dealt with promptly and sorted out. The recipies are varied and the food is good. The box arrives well packaged and everything is biodegradable. I like the fact that they will accomodate a single person and adjust quentities to suit.

Excellent quality ingredients and recipes that change week by week. Moved from another food box company as the quality had dropped. Mindful chef is more expensive but it is obvious why. The food is simply better and the options are all healthy

I have been using Mindful Chef for a while now and have also used its competitors, Grubby and Planthood. Been really impressed with Mindful Chef. I forgot to place an order last week and was due to receive meals with meat. We are plant based but I hadn’t made this clear in my preferences. I was able to speak to a real person and they cancelled the order and placed a credit on my account. I couldn’t have asked for much more. Fabulous service and tasty meals.
Suffice to say I have downloaded the app to make ordering easier and more convenient. Thank you so much.

Delicious recipes, as a Coeliac I really appreciate all the gluten free options to choose from. Deliveries and recipes are very customisable to suit our ever changing family movements. Thank you Mindful Chef for great customer service, quality meals and caring about your individual customer needs.

I recently made an order and needed to check something, they responded very quickly and reassured me!

Great choices, Excellent Flexibility in size and delivery options, some issues with freshness of ingredients especially in the hotter months, find some recipes badly set out. ie. easier to have all the preparation together at the start as not everyone is adept at cooking and doing the preparation at the same time. Finally as a personal preference, group the vegetarian choices separately.

Over all happy. Have the odd item missing and once a whole meal that they refund for. Biggest bug bear for me is getting rid of the box. Its a lot of cardboard and a devil to break up. The meals are always good, the choice is good and quality exceptional. An App to manage it would help.

The produce is of the highest quality and the recipes are easy to use. The website is simple to navigate and if there are ever any issues, of which there are few, they are dealt with efficiently. I cannot rate Mindful Chef highly enough.

Communication was personal, friendly and useful.
The meals are delicious, recipes are easy to follow and the sauces offer a brilliant addition to the taste of the meals

Consistently providing an excellent choice of recipes, with plenty of variety and very good quality ingredients, the delivery service has been almost faultless over many years. When, on rare occasions, something does go wrong, it's dealt with quickly and appropriately, so excellent customer service is clearly a high priority.
