Really good for corporate.

Fast deposit and withdraw even if now they request more info for withdraw. But if you have all clear and documents for all they work fine

Bad bad bad. I send a wire out to a company. This was an investment in a real estate construction company. They asked me for documentation. Excuse me but the last time I checked that was my own money and I can send to whomever I chose to. If they have issues with the destination they can do their due dilligence on them. I am not about to give them private contract that are NDA between me and the company. I said so.
Then I issued a request to withdraw to my own bank. They rejected it.
Then they notified me they closed my account.
Then....believe it or not.....they ask me to give them my bank account so they can send the funds (which I had already requested)....
The bottom line is the most messed up payment processor I have worked with. I would understand to ask for documents for INCOMING wires but documents for OUTGOING is absurd. Not to mention it's a well established european company that I sent to. So bottom line - no problem on deposits but once you try to send funds out - that's when the problems start.
NOT RECOMMENDED. STAY AWAY.

Great for business! Very cheap to make international transfers. Before we paid € 30 euro for a transfer with our Cyprus bank, now € 10 for a full month with many transfers. Customer service somewhat slow to respond, but in the end you get an answer.

This company is a Scam, when you place money into your bank account all is okay. Then when you want to take it out for making a purchase or because you lost confidence with the bank, they stop the transaction and retain your own money and funds, without any explication, impossible to contact a custom service. Just email and they answer once a week. Still having my funds retain in this bank and I am not talking about crypto. My own Euros of my wage. This is insane.

simply scam. seems some Russian mafia has decided to get on the internet banking business. seriously not recommended

I like the Service Mistertango offers, but the support is intolerable. They just closing tickets with missing wire transfers without any response. it seems that they are not interested in helping their customers, even at higher amounts.

Terrible customer service. Trying to set up a business account; they tell me what they need, so I get the notary/apostille paid for and done, then they come back and want more information in the form of an apostille as well as other information they didn't originally ask for. There must be better options out there than dealing with a company that moves goalposts.

great company, wire transfers very fast, app work fine, never had a problem and every time i request assistance to resolve any issue, all works fine.

They take 5EUR for any deposit.
They take 5EUR for any withdraw.
They suddenly give any non-EEA client 48h duration telling them they will stop their Mastercard.

I have been using mistertango for more than a year now. I mainly used it to tranfer and spend money from paypal because my bank would charge me 3€ per incoming transaction. I must say i have never had a problem. In the begining i had locked my card by accident and their support was prompt. I believe they are the cheapest company and their app is very user friendly. The only recomendation i have i the lock card slide sometimes it is ambigious if the card is locked or not.

I am surprised to read the negative opinions. I opened an account at mistertango. to be honest, the company name seemed a little "weird" to me but I have NO REGRETS.
opening the account and identifying my ID card was very quick. the customer service always answered my questions quickly and very professionally. Sending and receiving money happens quickly. usually the same day! The android application is clear, easy to use. the mistertango card works perfectly, I've never had a problem. The plus: to be able to manage your account also via their website. As far as I'm concerned, it's tested and approved. I am very happy to have opened a mistertango account

SCAM ! mistertango app does not work, like most of people is saying on google play store it is gathering your informations, beware this is a SCAM !

The website looks very slick and practical at first sight, but beware.

I sent them a transfer of of 0.0122 bitcoins (100 Euros at the time). The following transfer showed up:

SELL 0.00973968 BTC @ 7961.01 EUR

Somewhere on the way 0.00246 BTC got lost, which corresponds to 19 Euros. Note that the BTC network fees at the time where around 3 Euros. In addition, they take 5 Euros fee for the subsequent transfer to my account.

To summarize, on a tranfer of 100 Euros I lost 24 Euros, or 25% ! And I won't even mention the crummy exchange rate !

And to top it all off, when I try to contact their support I get a broken link to a freshdeck account that doesn't exist
