Mistertango Reviews 

A friend recommended Mister Tango a few Months ago.
i use it for my private ebay account, because their app was (!) really great.
(my old school bank has no app, so i had to login every time to see if they buyer has paid. Mister Tango App informed me "just in time" when the buyer has paid and i could ship the things.)

Back to Topic:
My Transactions are only private and all about 5-25 Euros only 2 or 3 transaction per week.
Suddendly the payments were freezed and i had to explain what i am doing, and they wanted screenshots of my ebay account, otherwise they would reject the transaction if the documents would not provided in the next 24 hours.

at this moment i could not login anymore into my account.

i provided them all they want about 6 hours after i got the mail, it took 3 days(!) to get a answer, that it is being in review and i have to wait...

Login was not possible in this time.

After 5 days i got acces to my account, the payment was rejected because the payer wrote my name wrong(!) - iban was allright.
a lot of trouble with my ebay buyer of course, because he paid....

Now i am using only myoldschool bank.

no more mister tango they are really bad.

support is running via freshdesk, so all your personal details and documents are on the freshdesk servers.
mister tango does not use an own instance, they are using the 0815 shared freshdesk support system as every 1 men show can do...

just my 2 cents, i cant repeat it often enough.. stay away from them

BTW,
their Android APP Development seems to be dead, since the last release the APP is not usefull anymore (2fa login issues)

i bet that we will read about a mega data leak of them in the next time (further or later) - seems there are some things with really a lot of fire on the roof.....

disclaimer:
this is only my private expirience, mistertango did all i used for free, i never paid a penny for their service/app.

....because i used the account only for private purpose there is nothing mission critical for me....

it is NOT OK to reject transactions because of misstyped name or other things

it is NOT OK to freeze Transaction or disable Outgoing Money Transfers

is it really so that every mistertango user is declared for Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing?
This is really not a good start for doing business if you think your customers are doing only crime business
In my case you were provided with all informations and you rejected the transaction...

what about fixing your android app.

Mistertango did not answer my questions from 18-05-2019
I just answered their replay from 17-05-2019 on the next day.
No we had waited nearly 2 Months until getting an answer...
So everybody could make a picture of this company....

Mistertango has a very bad IT architecture, its not safe to have money on their account, be aware!

Your account has been verified and everyone is happy, but do not be in a hurry to rejoice. The mousetrap will shut after arrived of money. The first and second time she let them go, asking you for a little more documents. For the third or fifth time of arrived of money (as lucky), the mousetrap will be closed for a long time, access will be blocked and documents will be required from you more and more - go to infinity. You will not be able to call them because they are virtual scammers.

Thieves. Stay away! I deposited funds as a USA citizen. I have subsequently been unable to log in. They say that they are unable to accept accounts from my country. That is OK, but they are not returning the funds I already deposited.

I get a lot of problems for login, but the support is very good, thank you guys, but i don't know why they use the sms, there a lot of other options to login in, such as google authenticator

Good Banking Service, the make your life better!

Although I had a problem 4 weeks ago because my money was blocked, but that was all right, you have to check payments on money laundering and terrorism funding, which is for your own protection. The service could be a bit faster otherwise I am very happy even without mastercard a good account, very fast transfers

I already work with Mistertango from 2016 and all payments have been successfully confirmed or rejected in case that the AML policy has not been respecteed. I didn't lose money with this bank!

So, please don't belive in Negative Feedbacks from people who don't know the rules or AML policy.

Not very trustworthy "bank", web interface needs constantly refreshed otherwise can not send transactions. Looks like some schoolboys have done it. Customer support responds in 1-2days..

These guys will literally steal your money and keep it unless you can prove in ways unknown to man that the money was sent to your account.

They write this site all days but they don't reply to ticket since 2 weeks. their purpose is to deceive more people. I'm writing about they youtube, websites, crypto forums... and the other social accounts...

It takes a very long time for an account to be approved. Very many Documents be asked, which also costs a lot of money. For a long time you have to wait for an answer.
