I got my money this morning on my account

I as a client of mistertango i had never problems till a few days ago.

I use the account to receive my salary and to do my outgoing payments like rent, telephone, etc...

I never used it for btc or exchange things!

As a client i respech the right of the bankinstitution to ask supplementary questions and/or documents regarding an income payment this for The KYC / AML procedure.

I was fully cooperative and provided all the documentation requested for my incoming payment that I received form my healthinsurance as salary After I showed them I have nothing to hide they started to ask questions about my outgoing transactions that are older than this incoming payment and this has nothing to do with it, they ask me to provide all documents and purposes of the outgoing transactions that i made to different accounts, what is normal when someone uses the account to pay rent, invoices fir electricity, water, etc it goes to different outgoing accounts. I find this totally abusive and a flagrant invading of my privacy. I do not see the relevance of the outgoing payments and the fact that a legally registered company payed me
. This behavior of asking things with no connection with the problem itself makes me think they are in trouble with liquidity and look for any little thing they might find NOT TO release your money.

Hope the release my incoming payment within short time! So i can pay my bills !!

And also they give you 24hrs to reply but they take longer to get back after sending the requested

I have opened a free account without fees. After some months MisterTango has made "Upgrade" to paid plan (4,99 euro per month) without my authorization.

The company is not allowed to change plan without explicit and preliminary authorization of the customer.

Please notice that 5-star reviews come from people with only 1 review, so I would not believe them. Those reviews do not look real.

We integrated with Mistertango API. This API does not handle error events (or it is not documented), and to change the payment method user needs to reload the page. This API is not secure - the user can replace destination of payment and pay from your page to another recipient.

Just as if it was not enough, the documentation lacks half of possible events and variables, so you have to read the source code.

So, after 3 weeks of research we integrated with Mistertango API, tested credit card payments in test mode... Then we paid for a Business+ account... And then we learn that Mistertango does not accept credit card payments! So we just gave Mistertango about $300 as a present.

Mistertango landing page says "Start accepting payments on your eshop. Accept credit and debit cards for up to 2 times smaller prices, starting with 1.5% fee per transaction. No hidden fees."
It is false information directly on the main webpage. That's the bank we deal with.

Not a 1-star review because they did not block our funds yet :) But this might change, judging by other reviews.

I put in a ticket to have my account closed and I sent them the PDF document with my signature and now I can't even log in to the support desk yet the account still remains open. What an incompetent company they are. They can't even get the basics right

If you get payments over 1500 Euro...they keep it..Mistertango telephone number is not valid anymore...they can't provide you a Mastercard. So everybody should go to Police against the Ceo Kęstutis Šimėnas.

We still didn't get our money. We just informed the Police and the Financial and Capial Market Commission in Latvia

And you always get the same answer :

Mastercard can no more be used since nov. 1st 2018. The announced to send a new credit card in december, but nothing happened. So what's up ? When will the customers get theri new credit cards. Without a card, the account is more or less senseless.

They are a scamming all their customers. They block payments and your bank account asking documents randomly which are impossible to provide. Then they will close your bank account with them, but they don't give your funds back and keep them for themselfes.
Stay away from this scam bank
They have blocked a 500€ bank transfer from my paypal account and they don't want give my money back.
I'm going to open a legal dispute!

Extremely nice App. I was able to create an account in a few minutes. User-friendly interface. I am so lucky that I found Mistertango. Also, they don't ask to add some money to open an account like others.

Great features (e.g. IBAN scan) and easy to use app. Customer support is very responsive and service itself is really competitive. Recommended as a good alternative to your bank.

Easy to use and friendly app. I don't have any problems making payments or sending money to my family abroad. With personal EU IBAN I can get paid by my EU partners without a hassle. Crypto transfers with premium package are awesome.

I've just tried to make in account in Mr. Tango for a EU IBAN. I fulfilled my email and a password. Then the site began to want to recognise four symbols. I recognized them several times, but it created new and new symbols for recognizing. Is mister tango.com a fishing site? I think it is ...😨

I respect the right of the institution to ask supplementary questions and/or documents regarding an income payment. I was fully cooperative and provided all the documentation requested for a €2000 payment I received form a company for my services (as a freelancer software developer). After I showed them I have nothing to hide they started to ask questions regarding source of BTC (BTC transactions are older than this €2000 payment and have NOTHING to do with it). Since I am mining BTC using a public pool and also use other crypto exchanges, they ask me to provide them an extract for the past 3 months from the 3 exchanges I mentioned I work with. I find this totally abusive and a flagrant invading of my privacy. I do not see the relevance of my crypto trading activity with third parties and the fact that a legally registered company payed me €2000 based on a legally registered contract and invoice. All this happened when I asked to withdraw the money to MY PERSONAL account within another financial institution simply because I need a Card for using my money, to pay for goods and services. Since Mistertango do not offer the card anymore, I can't keep the money with them. This behavior of asking things with no connection with the problem itself makes me think they are in trouble with liquidity and look for any little thing they might find NOT TO release your money. They have no right to be so aggressive in invading my privacy and asking to provide them my financial stats with third parties for a thing that has nothing to do with it. I remember you I asked to withdraw the €2000 to MY OWN PERSONAL account within another financial institution.

How is possible an "EU" bank is doing this? I am reading trust pilot reviews and is incredible! I have exactly the same problem of many people from here. This bank have the poorest customer service in the world. The debit card is not working any more. They have 2 fines with the Lithuanian central bank because of issues with customers and terrorism finance.

I receive money from my friends into the mistertango account, also made some transfer into it in order to have money to make online purchases and use the ATM any part of the world. Finally this was impossible because, debit card is terminated, and now Mistertango block the account without reason.

In my opinion many people take out their funds from this bank because the contract termination with mastercard, so they leave without funds and they are trying to win some time...

Please do not trust in this company, I think they have many illegal situations, there are better banks out there than this bull****

Horrible "LITUANIAN MAFIA BANK"

Made a top up from my bank account in FRANCE to mistertango, use the account for travel (due to the good exchange rate and fees of the debit card). Then suddenly from one week to another MASTERCARD cancel the contract with MISERTANGO as their are a suspicious company, THEY DO NOT HAVE ANYMORE DEBIT CARD. I was scared because of this notice, so I take out my funds out from the account bank to my bank in FRANCE. THEY BLOCK THE FUNDS AND THE ACCOUNT BECAUSE "MONEY LAUNDERING" they have the "RIGHT" of blocking your funds without reason at all. No information from the support team, they are playing with my money. I have 4300€ blocked in this MAFIA BANK. DO NOT USE THIS CORRUPT COMPANY.

I contacted bank about eBay fraud case. They promised to solve the case and help me. I asked several times for answer, but I still haven't heard anything. So bad service in this case. I lost my money for their customer who walks away without any trouble.
