Friendly and understanding

Friendly and understanding and more than happy to help the delivery guy was very polite and showed us everything we needed to know about the new scooter then we were off lol great company have used them in the past and will be using them in the future

The company badly let down by the delivery team.

The sales team were excellent when I bought and paid on 23 January 2026..
It was advertised that delivery would be 7 to 10 days. I heard nothing regards a delivery date so I had to call them to find out. I was told it would be 26th February 2026!
After complaining they amended the delivery to 12th February 2026 between the hours of 0700 and 0800. No delivery turned up! I tried calling the company and despite they advertise the office is open at 0800 it is not. I eventually got through to someone at 0845.
I was informed the delivery would now be between 0930 and 1000. Guess what? it didn't turn up at that time....... eventually it did.... at 1030.
The driver told me they had me down as 1st delivery but as they still had a delivery from the previous day to make in Poole they changed me to 2nd delivery.... without informing or calling me to let me know!!!!
Summing up I would say the sales team are excellent but after sales care and attention was poor plus the delivery section badly lets the company down. They also need to amend their advertised delivery time due to these problems.

However, I’m genuinely sorry for the frustration and inconvenience caused by the delivery delays and lack of communication. You were absolutely right to expect clearer updates, especially after being given specific time slots. Not being informed about the route change on the day, and then having to chase us for updates, is not the level of service we want any customer to experience.

While delivery schedules can occasionally be affected by circumstances outside of our control, we should always communicate changes properly and promptly. Your feedback regarding the advertised times and the aftersales communication is noted, and we will be reviewing this internally to ensure improvements are made.

Thank you again for highlighting both the positives and the areas where we fell short. We truly value your business and your honesty, and we hope the product itself is serving you well. If there’s anything further we can do for you, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Royale 4 mobility scooter

Like the product & the price but there is a lack of communicating in naming a delivery date.After 9days and awaiting a phone call at 2pm on Friday it unexpectedly arrived at 3.30pm that day from Dundee!

Had to pay next day delivery

Had to pay next day delivery, which took 6 days!! I Did complain and the £7.99 was refunded. Then the item was not as described. Too strong for any person ,not to mention the disabled person, who would be unable to bend the spork! In fact, it was only a fork with long tines. In order to send it back, would cost £5+. I will take it to a charity shop instead. item not as described, most disappointed, as I need to make a lot of purchases for my husband.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry that the next day delivery did not meet expectations. As confirmed at the time, the £7.99 delivery charge was refunded in full once this was reported. While courier delays are unfortunately outside of our control, we always act promptly and fairly when issues are raised.

Regarding the item, the spork supplied matches the manufacturer’s description and is designed to be durable for assisted eating. Suitability can vary depending on individual needs, but the product itself is not misdescribed. Our advisors did attempt to help further with your complaint via live chat, however this assistance was refused at the time.

As clearly outlined in our returns policy, return postage for non-faulty items is the responsibility of the customer. While we’re sorry the product was not suitable for your husband’s needs, we do feel it is unfair to describe the item as “not as described.”

Should you wish to accept assistance in the future, our team remains happy to help guide you towards products better suited to your husband’s requirements.
