Scooter faulty on arrival, but is now satisfactory.
Scooter arrived two days later than expected when I was not at home. One of the wheels had a faulty inner tube, the new tube was sent by courier DPD who sent it a week later, and two days later than promised. The courier stated “sorry we missed you “ twice. However I was indoors watching out for delivery. The tube was delivered to Co-op so I had to get help with collection and fitting.
I am now using the scooter and am satisfied with the purchase, though it is early days as I am getting used to it.

An Excellent Company
James and Mason went above and behind with their help when I needed to purchase a Fireside chair immediately for my dad. Even when the chair had been damaged in the warehouse a replacement was sent out immediately and assembled.
There communication was excellent. Delivery was prompt and on time. The quality of the chair is also excellent and very comfy.
I would definitely recommend this company to others.

The delivery arrived on time but I am still waiting for a call from an engineer. The brakes cannot be locked on using the “ trigger” on the hand grips. One brake lever is very tight whereas the other is quite loose. I await a call please.

Very friendly and professional service. Mason took the time to give us and our daughter a thorough demonstration of the powered wheelchair we bought and reassured that we could contact them if needed more help. The 2 year warranty they offer was also reassuring should anything require attention.

Superb customer experience!
My wheelchair broke and I needed a new one the same day.
Rang and spoke to Mason who recommended that he Reno Riser Elite. Compact and rises to make a doing every day tasks easier around the house.
He arranged for Aiden to deliver late afternoon at no charge. Aiden was lovely and demonstrated the wheel chair is a life changer for me! Cooking, reaching things at top of fridge, closing windows. It’s amazing and so compact with great turning ability.
My overall experience was perfect . Lovely knowledgeable staff.

Quality product
My husband is very happy with his aid. Delivery was held up by 2 days by carrier DHL. However, not the fault of mobilityco.

Great buying experience
I bought a folding mobility scooter online from MobiltyCo on Monday,20th.Oct. at approx.9.30am.It was delivered free to my front door by DPD at 12.40pm. on Wednesday 22nd.Oct.
During delivery,I was kept up to date with the progress of my order.
Before placing my order I had several questions about the scooter which were answered by Mason at MobilityCo in a friendly,polite and knowledgable
manner.
