I have yet to receive my order. What is going on. It was due to be delivered on the 16th October. Has the courier stolen it. If it can't be delivered please arrange a refund

Great buying experience
I bought a folding mobility scooter online from MobiltyCo on Monday,20th.Oct. at approx.9.30am.It was delivered free to my front door by DPD at 12.40pm. on Wednesday 22nd.Oct.
During delivery,I was kept up to date with the progress of my order.
Before placing my order I had several questions about the scooter which were answered by Mason at MobilityCo in a friendly,polite and knowledgable
manner.
I have therefore,given my own experience,no hesitation in recommending MobilityCo to anyone who has any mobility requirements.
Pleasant staff,fast delivery and very competitive prices.What more could you ask for.

Mobility co are a first rate company.
We were going on holiday and Mobility co delivered us a new scooter by one of their engineers who was working close by so we had the scooter for our holidays. First class could not fault them and the MLite scooter is fantastic.

Great experience
Very helpful person on the phone who worked out exactly what I needed after asking all the right questions and talking me through the cheapest and most obvious option. The product took about a week to arrive safely and as described. Would definitely use this company again.

Their customer service is brilliant.
I bought a bag to fit over the back seat of my scooter. Sadly, it was not as advertised, as it let in water - even on a light shower.
After sending them an email, no fuss was made and a new one was sent out.
Very customer focused company.

Handover information and demonstration was very instructive and ably given by Bobby.

I would most certainly recommend MobilityCo Macclesfield
On entering Mobility Co they had a good collection of mobility equipment. We were specifically interested in a Roboot Pro E60 . Having been to other mobility outlets it was so refreshing not be confronted with the hard sell techniques we’ve experienced previously.
We were asked what WE! wanted from a power chair and it was agreed my choice of the RoBooter e60 pro was an ideal choice for my needs.
After a thorough test run - both inside and outdoor I discovered the footplate was too short as I cannot bend my knees 100%.
Jamie offered to discuss this problem with his supplier RoBooter to see if any amendments were a possibility. Pleased, to say I was offered an extended footplate and it was fitted for me at no extra charge. I now have Robbie my green RoBooter E60 pro .
We have just returned from a holiday on Orkney and Robbie didn’t but a wheel wrong either on the ferry or anywhere I asked him to go.
Very pleased with my new wheels and grateful Mobility Co made the purchase both very professional and relaxed.
