Kind and helpful

I have been wanting to purchase the Robooter E60 pro for many months now, so after hearing a very positive review of MobilityCo selling another person this chair, I decided to go with them. James Gray contacted me to help me figure out my options financially which I really appreciated. He was very kind and helpful, I would highly recommend him and MobilityCo!

Poor exchange"My parcel was delivered to the wrong…

My parcel was delivered to the wrong address.
We recieved a box with a meal for 5.
With help from Google we were able to correct the dpd error.My walking was exchanged for the box containing a meal for 5.

We must point out that this is now the third negative review you have left regarding the same delivery issue. Your order left our warehouse correctly addressed, securely packaged, and dispatched on time. The delay and misdelivery were entirely the fault of DPD and their driver, which is completely outside of our control once the parcel has been collected.

Leaving multiple one-star reviews for the same courier error is unfair and does not reflect the quality of service we provided. We always take great care to ensure orders are prepared and dispatched correctly, and in this case everything on our side was handled properly.

We are pleased that you eventually received your walking stick and that it is fully functioning. Our team is always available should you need further support.

Teething problems solved quickly

Ordered a mobility scooter for my sister as she struggles with breathing and walking. It needed to be light and manageable to lift in and out of the car boot. It seemed to fit the bill so was ordered.
The promotion said it would give up dates on delivery etc, but in fact it gave the day only with no estimated time slot. This meant we had to stay in all day, it did arrive at 14.30pm.
It was delivered on a pallet and the box was a little damaged but we thought it would be packaged well and accepted the order.(The guy was waiting to leave)
On opening and putting together all was looking good until we tried to move it. There was a piece missing next to the wheel which meant the wheel was against the motor. By then the box was good and soggy after a downpour!
However after a call to the company the very nice man said he would deal with it first thing in the morning. And he did! Next morning we had a call to say a new one was on its way. Could we use the new box to pack it up and they would organise collection of the faulty one.
This we did.
It came early this time🥰 and they took both pallets which were no good to us.
Second one was put together and all was fine.
It’s been out on its first journey and all seems fine so far.
Although we had a few issues to begin with, it was all dealt with professionally, we were left happy customers.

My honest opinion

Brilliant design and very light. The seat is not the most comfortable, and the backrest needs to go higher, maybe by a pull up section. No horn, no reverse warning and most importantly it has the turning circle of the Titanic. and reverse is selected by a switch, a nuisance if your manoeuvring in confined spaces. The instructions are incomplete as you have a yellow release lever to actuate to collapse the chair. No instructions, pictures or video shows this. Having said all that I really like it especially the fact you can shorten the length by pulling up footplate and pushing front wheels back. Fits in wife's Honda jazz easily. After using the scooter for 2 hours on Southsea sea front I was extremely uncomfortable. I have ordered some memory foam to make something for the hard seat. That didn't work as the density was too low. The so called soft rubber seat is in fact a relatively hard rubber seat So in retrospect I cannot recommend the scooter. As I won't be using it for anything more than a hours shopping. My other mobility scooter costing a 1/3 of the price is far more comfortable.

Well done

After a mix up with next day delivery(which i paid £8.99 for) when i contacted them they then sent a replacement a few days later free of charge refunding postage as well. More than i expected and during communication staff were always very courteous.

I really wasn’t sure about what battery…

I really wasn’t sure about what battery to order, then I spoke to a gentleman called Mason, who had all the kneledge I needed, thank you, battery was purchased and was delivered the very next day, happy customer out and about again .

I lost a part on my scooter when on holiday. I got in touch when I came home and the matter was sorted at once by Andy. I was very pleased that the matter was sorted quickly and efficiently

A 21ST CENTURY PRODUCT

I have recently purchased A Robooter E60pro power chair on the advice of Mobillityco against another brand.
This Robooter exceeded all my expectations in use on my local common over tree roots, grass, gravel and climbing hills. It is packed with 21st century innovations like cruise control, rear lights, waterproof and a 5mph max speed.
The service was great with the Robooter delivered on a crate within 2 working days from date ordered. Just brilliant service all round> I am a very happy customer.
