Fed ex are saying they delivered this item to me, I have cctv on my property which I can provide that no fedex person even enter my property or drive past it between the times frame, they said they delivered it when speaking to the seller he can’t resolve my problem told me to reorder another one which I did and paid for another one, fedex are taking no responsibility saying it was delivered even though I have cctv and said it was delivered to a shared house I live here with my family it’s not a shared property, now the seller will not refund my postage returns money. This seller is useless now, seller won’t reply!!!!

Ordered item very fast but the item wasn’t as described, I emailed for help but still not heard back over a week later. I have now sent the item back for a refund and again, over a week later and haven’t heard back from the company.

Emailed Modora "Enquiries@modora......." as they requested before returning an item and received a reply and return instructions. Returned item as per instruction provided (at own cost, no return label.) Despite 3 separate emails to the "enquiries" requesting update re refund not received, I have not had a refund nor a reply. Still waiting.
Since posting the above comments, 2 days later apology and refund received.🤔. Changed back to 3 stars (from 1 star)

Terrible quality :( my trousers ripped the second time I used them just by getting off the bed. I had to throw them away and just keep the upper part.

There is no return label in package.

FOR my very first experience with Modora, it has turned out to be excellent. I knew what I wanted in design and the technical details of the garment l. I put this into my google search and up popped exactly what I was looking for. I subscribed as it was not a brand I was familiar with.
I was alerted to the special mother’s day price drop. Where I purchased my garment and from the press button. It’s been ultimately The top for communications/delivery speed/points and my garment was excellent and exactly What I wanted. Got my eye on two more items. Well done Mordora
