Disappointed with rate
When i looked online the conversion was 1.14 for Euros. In store we only got 1.09 and that was with Asda rewards. I thought they beat competition within a 5 mile radius. I found the busy shop was so hard to hear what the assistant was saying. The booth would be better suited away from the kiosk and tills at metrocentre.

Great value highly recommend
I was looking for holiday insurance on line due to having a health condition lots were saying we can do a good price or were the cheapest but when filling application in some were ridiculous prices
I chose Asda holiday as the premium I paid was good for what I was covered for so it was a win for me also the medical questions were easy and not long drawn out questions I highly recommend
I will be getting insurance next year as long as the price is right

Very disappointing customer service
Very disappointing customer service
Although ASDA responded promptly, the answer was disappointing and unhelpful. I contacted them to ask whether a consultation with a veterinary ophthalmologist would be covered under my pet insurance policy. I was told they could not answer and that the claim would only be assessed after it had been submitted.
I understand that the final claim decision may depend on my pet’s medical history, exclusions and policy limits. However, I was only asking whether this type of specialist consultation was generally covered. Being unable to provide even that basic information leaves customers facing potentially significant veterinary costs without knowing whether they can claim.
I’m giving two stars for the prompt response, albeit for a poor answer. ASDA should provide clearer information about what its policies cover and better support customers before they commit to expensive treatment.

Quick and easy process
It was a quick and easy way to obtain travel insurance even thought I have 2 health problems. Some companies will not insure people like me, even though the problems are not serious.

Miserable member of staff at the point I collected the money. Rate was much lower than what I saw advertised on line for collection in store. I asked for a money wallet and you would have thought she was handing over the crown jewels. A real miserable grump.
