Don't apply for credit cards as their application process is broken as is their support...
High risk of having a hard credit check with no benefit, even via third party comparison sites where supposedly you are pre-approved. Basically their online application process is broken, it just stops at the ID verification stage, states it is successful but doesn't allow you to progress further. A very unsatisfactory telephone call resulted in them just resending a link which also didn't work - they weren't prepared to provide a direct line/email to their application team to actually try to resolve things. Their support case management system is also broken, as after the first response from them, all further emails sent to them result in an update of -
'We've just updated your request about "Re: Link".
Here's the latest update from our team: '
followed by my email text re-quoted - i.e. it is like corresponding with yourself ...
The process was attempted with multiple devices, including a standard Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra smartphone and Lenovo Windows 11 laptop.

Confused
Asked for £800 in euros but was told they couldn’t deal with request as I had no passport or driving license for ID. Went to Hays travel and took passport this time but was told it wasn’t necessary for that amount so 🤷♀️🤷♀️

These loans are Lendable under ASDA…
These loans are Lendable under ASDA Mona#ey banner. I was pre -approved because of my good record with Lendable, but their loans now rely on the Opern Banking app TrueLayer which doesn't recognise the Cooperative Bank. Disappoin ting and no, they refuse to accept bank statements, s that requires people to look at them!
