Reward offer never appeared
Part of the reason for using ASDA for pur travel insurance was the offer of 10 pounds in my cashpot. Unfortunately, this has not appeared. Also, i had to try several times using my phone to go through the process.

The experience was fine
The experience was fine, just a bit long winded. Also cost increased more than expected.
Advisor was fine but at one stage system let him down. He transferred me to secure line so that I could make payment, but it dropped in middle of process. He rang me back promptly and we were able to complete at second attempt.
But he was a credit to your business.

Even though I’ve had my card for 4 or 5…
Even though I’ve had my card for 4 or 5 years and pay off what ever I spent . I can not get a credit increase. My credit score is very high and have no problem paying my bills
