Original shipment was lost, a replacement order was shipped and received quickly. Filters fit as expected and they are very economical if you're looking for filters that meet NSF/ANSI 42 standard (taste/color/odor). Will purchase again when needed.

I ordered from fridge water filters from Morefilter before, but the second time I did the filters I received were the incorrect size. This was determined to be an error in the product model I chose. Their representative informed me it would likely cost more to return the incorrect filters and ship the correct ones than just ordering new filters. They offered instead to ship the correct filters and only charge me for shipping, having me keep the incorrect filters. This was a more than sufficient solution for me. Exceptional customer service!

I've been ordering water filters from Morefilter for several years and I'm quite happy with their customer service and the quality of their products. Recently, one of their filters was defective upon installation. I notified the company and they responded and shipped a replacement filter immediately. Quality products, competitive pricing and excellent customer service are what they provide. No reason to go anywhere else for water filters.

I ordered 5 filters but have them the wrong address. They contacted me, I supplied the correct address and the filters were delivered on a week. Great product, great customer service!

This is the second time I have ordered from Morefilter. They always have the best price on the filters I use. This time I received a notification that my order had been delivered however I did not receive it. Apparently it was delivered to another address. When I contacted them they promptly sent out another order. They followed up to make sure I received the replacement order. Their customer service is excellent!
