I'm pretty sure this company is being targeted with bad reviews. Do your homework and actually look at the bad reviews...they seem bogus.
I ordered 2 filters for my whirlpool refrigerator. They arrived in a week. Fit perfectly, and seem to be working well. At first I thought that maybe I had been "had" since I didn't get an email from the company stating my items had shipped. I emailed them, got a quick response, and my filters arrived that same day. Upon further review of my emails, the shipping notification actually had been sent via PayPal. This company has responded quickly to every inquiry I've had and I pleased with my experience and purchase.

This was my first purchase from this company and I was very happy with them. The next time my fridge needs a new filter I will order from them again!! I received my order very quickly. Someone from customer service even followed up with me to make sure I received it.

I recently purchased six water filters and six air filters from Morefilter for my new Frigidaire refrigerator. When my package of water and air filters arrived at home, I discovered that I made a big mistake in ordering the water and air filters. The filters were the wrong ones that my refrigerator required. I called Morefilter and explained to their customer service representative, Venn my error in ordering the proper air and water filters. Venn understood my situation and after sending her some emailed pictures of my water and air filters, she quickly put together and sent me a package containing the right filters that I needed. Venn was very accommodating throughout the whole process of getting the right filters to me. I highly recommend using Morefiter to meet your air and water filters requirements. Morefilter, in my opinion has earned a 5 star rating in meeting my filter needs. It will take a while before my refrigerator runs through six filters, but I will definitely be using Morefilter in the future for my filters.

First time I've ordered from this vendor. Received the 3 pack of ice filters for my Kitchen Aid freezer within a week. A day before the filters arrived, I emailed Morefilter to check the status of my order and they responded within a couple of hours to let me know the order was already in transit.

Received item timely and as ordered. Great communication from seller. Great product. Reasonable price.

I have read the reviews but I had a good experience. Received filters that I am very pleased with and having no problems taste wise. I did receive a duplicate order but customer service was excellent. Venn and I handled with no issues.

Shipped to wrong address, won't own up to it or send a replacement

Couldn't believe the price of these filters, less than half the price of box stores. Installed one immediately and it's working great.

I was very pleased with my purchase from Morefilter. They had the best price and shipped exactly what I ordered very quickly. The USPS did a lousy job and delivered it to the wrong address but Morefilter customer support stayed in contact with me and made sure I received my order. I will order from them again!

I purchased a pack of 4 filters, and they looked beautifully made. I was impressed, since they cost a fourth of the Whirlpool filters.
The first one leaked slightly, so I tested all of them and the other 3 were fine.
I brought it to the attention of the company. They apologized, and sent me 2 new one for the inconvenience.
That is very good service.

The filters I ordered were not in stock they were quick to provide an equivalent at no additional cost with my approval. Filters were immediately shipped and fit as required. All correspondence was great almost personnel. It was a pleasure doing business with them

I had ordered the wrong filters but sent email and response was fast and direct. They looked up my fridge and found the correct filter and for only $10 they replaced promptly. Very satisfied and so far the filter is performing perfectly.

Was referred to this company by my refrigerator repair man who purchases a lot of filters from them. Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong filters by mistake so I sent them an email and Sake from customer service was very prompt in responding to me and sent me out the correct filters right away. Have nothing bad to say about this company. Their customer service was impeccable! Thank you. Will definitely purchase from you again.

I recently bought an item from this company where its service was so quick easy and honest I would recommended it to any body the service person was very responsive to deal with I'm very happy I'm looking forward to do more purchases

We have had a great experience ordering from this company. We have ordered twice over the past two years, ordering several refrig filters at once. First time was great (price is definitely right) and we received on time. Second time, FEDEX lost their package as we plainly saw in the tracking. They made it right immediately, and then later the first pkg came floating in and although we offered to pay in full, they very nicely asked only for the shipping on the 2nd set. We have found them remarkably nice to deal with. Shipping now is a problem PERIOD. Just be patient with any order you make and don't blame the company.

I purchased the wrong filters for my refrigerator. When I requested a refund they told me they will not take them back because I made a mistake in ordering. They offered me a discount on the right filters and told me I should sell the originals on line myself. This is why I HATE buying online. Retailers cannot be held to account and you cannot touch, see and verify your purchase ahead of time. So now, I’m stuck with the wrong product. I will make all my future filter purchases at local retail stores.
