Does not allow returns at all - complete lie from website. Told me to donate them.. lol

I contacted customer service wanting to exchange filters when I ordered the incorrect filters. I was willing to pay return shipping, even pay for them to ship the correct filters to me since it was my error, but I was told;

“We are afraid that you have ordered the wrong item. We sent out the right item. According to our policy, we are unable to offer compensation for your order.

As you are a valuable customer, we can offer a 20% off discount for you to reorder the right filters.”

Interestingly, their website says nothing about not accepting exchanges and they offer FREE returns for 15 days.

Needless to say, I got what I needed :-) I filed a dispute with PayPal and they IMMEDIATELY offered to send the correct filters if I would remove the dispute (I asked for an address to return the incorrect filters but they didn’t reply).

Now that I have read so many negative reviews about this company I am curious to see how well these filters will work.

No matter, I won’t order from this company again. Their customer service sucks canal water. Thanks to PayPal for forcing them to do the upstanding thing!

I ordered a 3-pack of water filters for my fridge from morefilter.com. I never received a confirmation or shipping email, but received the order quickly. After 2 days of use, the water dispenser stalls several seconds before giving water, and our ice maker stopped working. I contacted customer service via their website contact form, and haven't received a response. They have, however, posted a notice that several customers have been contacting their CS department because of purchases from another supplier and "mistakenly" attributed to morefilter. I checked my credit card statement, and the charge is labelled "online shopping." I double checked my browser history and definitely ordered from morefilter. Now I have 3 malfunctioning water filters. The price was too good to be true.

This company listed a specific filter as the correct one according to model number. I ordered 4. After receiving the filters, and realizing they didn't come close to what we had, I contacted support. I was informed that they would only refund 70% and refused to pay for return shipping. IDI NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.

I ordered two water filter replacements for my whirlpool refrigerator. The price was excellent. After ordering I continued to research the company. I thought perhaps it was a scam since the price was so good and then I had read some bad reviews. I received an order confirmation email, a shipping confirmation email and shortly after my products came. Brand new and perfect fitting!

Ordered filters just before the bitter cold snap that shut down Texas & my state of AR. I waited for the weather to change for the good while tracking the package. After seeing it sit for a few days in Fort Worth I contacted company and asked them to locate the package. After two days a full refund was issued. The filters arrived afterwards. Morefilter told me to keep the filters anyway. They fit and work great. I will be using this company again.

I ordered from this company,not realizing they are located in China.I am visually impaired. There is a problem with counterfeit filters . I tried to cancel my order.They claimed it had shipped.I had received nothing telling me this.I have emailed repeatedly to get a Return label.They just want me to buy more and are Rude about it.They have no intention of letting me return these filters. I have contacted my bank to resolve the matter. Buy American made.

My last email from this company, asking me if I would take 60% of the purchase price.They do not want the filters returned.What a scam. My bank is dealing with them.

I ordered these and before they arrived I realized I had 3 filters in my closet. I wrote support and asked for return instructions. They asked for more detail. So I explained what I wrote above. They never responded after several attempts to get return instructions. I had trouble using a credit card so I used paypal. The payment seemed to go to an individual, not a company. Very foreign name, Chinese I would guess. The filters are made in China. It is my guess that this is a one man operation who got $50 from me but will never get return business.

Ordered several water filters from iceboxfilter.com. Half of the order arrived. I never received the other half. Upon sending email after email, the only response I have received from morefilter.com (must be the same company because they are the contact on my credit card invoice) was that my order number that I gave them was incorrect. as soon as I forwarded them their confirmation email showing my order number was indeed correct, they stopped answering my emails. Never got my entire order and will now have to talk to my credit card company for a chargeback.

UPDATE. Yes. They responded on Trustpilot nearly a year later. Still no response to me, personally. I have no intentions of wasting any more time with them.
