Filters arrived promptly and in good order 🙏😊

I screwed up and ordered the wrong filter...they sent me the correct filter and I only paid a small shipping fee and the filters were a GREAT price!! Super fast delivery...both times!

This is one great company for product and service. I needed a fridge filter. I was unable to know exactly which model to get and figuring the customer service would not answer promptly I took a chance and ordered what I thought would be the right one. I ordered it and wrote a letter to morefilter.com. The very next day I had an answer and was told I ordered the wrong filter. The original filter was already shipped but they said they would now send out the right one for no extra cost and that it wasn't necessary to send back the original shipment. Venn, Tina, Luna and the entire customer service team were terrific They were very pro active in making sure all was well. They and the company deserve 5+ stars.

PLEASE PROVE ME WRONG: I have been emailing customer service for the past 2 weeks regarding an order I received. To this date no one in this company has gotten back to me.
Having faith in businesses that strive on good reviews I am giving it another shot.

Initially, I was hesitant placing an order online for refrigerator water filters. However, the customer service from Morefilter was perfect. They efficiently responded to all of my emails. I placed my order, received confirmation and my filters showed up at my door. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I ordered three refrigerator water filters that did not fit my application. I contacted Morefilter for a return and exchange, but they did not have the filter model I needed. Instead they refunded half my purchase price and suggested I keep and dispose of the wrong filters myself rather than pay return shipping and risk damage in transit. I think that was a very fair resolution.

Ordered filters on 1/6, never received an order confirmation. Website says delivery in 2-5 working days. The delivery status of my order is pending, Fed Ex hasn't received the package yet meaning only a label was created. Seems quite suspect to me. If I receive my order within the next few days I will revise this review. Based on these other similar reviews I am not hopeful.

I order my filters Dec 21 still have not received them it says at FedEx pending pick up email this company a few times they saying we going to send a new order out still have not got anything from this company at all sent a email again on 1-10-22 now they are not responding back to me so I got to get with PayPal to try to get my money back and let them know how this company is Ripping customers off

My first order was delivered to someone else, but was quickly address by Morefilter. I am very happy with their service. The filters were the right size and are working good. This is a nice alternative to the much higher prices I was paying before.

Ordering from more filters was easy… they had what I needed .. delivery was perfect timing .. I will order from morefilter again

My first order I ordered the wrong filters for my Sister's fridge. Morefilter was super accommodating and sent out the correct replacements free of charge, only charging shipping. Thank you for making it easy for me Morefilter! I will order from them for all my water filter needs.

At first I was concerned because there was no email confirming my purchase but my credit card was charged. Then my attempt to add air filters to the shipment was delayed because ATT/Yahoo placed a Support email in Junk on my iPad. Finally, after back and forth emails, the shipment was on its way. As scheduled, FedEx said the delivery was made, however, it was not received. Support was contacted and a replacement shipment was on its way. This time it was delivered thanks to Support’s actions.

They sent me the wrong filter but when I contacted them, they told me to keep the wrong order and sent me the correct ones in a timely manner.

Thanks for correcting the mistake that happens sometimes in business.

Had problem with lost shipment. Contacted Morefilters two times, responded within within next day each time. They were able to replaced lost order to me expeditiously. Pleased with their customer service.

By far the best price for my refrigerator water filters. I ordered on a Friday and they were delivered by the next Wednesday. Perfect fit and accidentally was sent 6 instead of the 5 I ordered. I was told to just keep the extra one. Definitely NOT a scam.

The filters were for my Berkey system and it needed a piece to prime filter before installing. Your company offered me a $30 credit and said I could order the piece on Amazon. I could do that, but I started reading that your company is a scam.

I ordered 4 water filters that turned out to be the wrong ones. After emailing the company, they sent me 4 of the right filters and no extra charges at all. Thanks for being up front and taking care of your customers in a very timely fashion. Would not hesitate to order from your company again.

Will order from here always! Put in model number on website and unfortunately received wrong filter. Not to worry, I sent an email with picture of which filter I needed and it is on the way no additional charges. No bother for me. GREAT customer care!!
