Sent wrong filters and quickly sent correct filters, would but here again.

Had a couple hiccups they did a great job to fix it will do business again

My order had been mistakenly delivered to a different city. I contacted Morefilter and they responded right away and sent me a replacement order that arrived in a couple of days. The filters were an exact fit and good quality. Customer service is excellent!

The filers didn’t work but they refunded my money right away and didn’t make me return them.

I initially ordered the wrong size but costumer service resolved the issue by getting me the correct ones quickly and they work great.

Ordering was easy. Price is good. Product is great.

My filter order apparently got lost but once I emailed the company they sent me a replcement order which I receieved in a few days. The company has great customer service and the filters seem to be good qualily. I will order from them again

After a hiccup with delivery, (absolutely not their fault) they took care of it immediately and sent out a new package!

I was so disappointed at first when my order finally arrived, it was severely damaged, two sides of the outer package were crushed and two of the three filters were broken at the top. I sent photos to the company and they promptly sent me two new filters. Im happy again.

For some reason the tracking number provided did not work. Reached out to them and they replied fast, gave me the tracking information. I got the filters fast. I saved to my favorite's and will buy again Very good company if there were 10 stars I would hit those.

All good....clear info on the website allowed me to purchase 3 refrigerator filters for the price of one elsewhere...free shipping is a benefit!!! Not "overnight or 2 days" but I don't need immediate delivery if the "price is right" .... and, upon inquiry as to status/shipping/delivery date, good communication from the support dept... All good.

I ordered 12 (6 at a time) fridge filters delivered to 2 different locations. My initial order could not have been better. The second was problematic. I ordered them for my Mother-in-law and wanted them delivered to a different residence. PayPay caused a delivery glitch. when I opted to use a credit card they were delivered to the right place.

I couldn’t be more pleased. The filter fit perfectly. Shipping was also pretty fast.

Didn't realize I ordered the wrong water filters till I received them in the mail. I started to panic and was worried I had completely wasted my money due to a lack of re-checking and verification on my part.
Thankfully Morefilter.com was very responsive, understanding, and accommodating! They quickly replaced my incorrect filters! And only charged me for shipping!! AWESOME!

Morefilter remained in contact with me during my whole purchase. When the item I ordered was not available, they quickly informed me about another comparable item and offered a discount on a future purchase due to the inconvenience. My product was delayed in shipping and they remained in contact via email every few days with updates. They even offered to send another order without me asking. My order arrived a couple of days later so it was unnecessary but the readiness to resend my order, unabated, was greatly appreciated. Absolutely impressed with the customer service and product I received.
