Bought the filters online, great prices paid what I would have anywhere else for one but got three. Shipping info was sent right away, however tracking number did not work. That's when I found all these awful reviews, then a day later my filters came. All in all less then a week! Great service!

I have messaged a few times now about an order that was placed on October 12th 2021.
I have not received and message or notification from you what do ever. Shipping for an item should not take this long especially when it was supposed to take 4 days.

I placed an order for water filter for my fridge and then I check the reviews. I was a little nervous because a lot of people were saying they were having problems getting there products. I was pleasantly surprised when I punched the filters standard delivery which was supposed to be 8 - 10 business days, and they showed up in 2. I had a great experience. It was very easy. I would recommend and order again when I am ready. Thank you!

YES thats whaqt they are ,saying but seeing how this is the second time and second rearrangemnt for a second shipped and now you are talking about a third time and its been months and apparently FEDEX WANTS TO SPEAK TO ME ABOUT A FRAUD INVESTIGATION I THINK THEY have opened against your company BECAUSE OF NUMEROUS COMPLAINTS i want to know what i am suppose to do--if i hire an atty to protect myself which is np they are going to file for there fee and time and noqw they are saying yopu are a china basesed company using a international routye to charge international fee,. they said great britian or gibraltor i want to know what i am suppose to do as i have done nothing but try and order some filters from what i thought weas a reputale company but what has this company got me mixed up in i have no clue yet!

I went online to track and it says canceled. However, my card was charged.

I placed mystically order a 5 piece water filter for my fridge !! I contact them right away and they answer fast on me and then they put my order on hold since I have a family emergency I couldn’t contact them back for more two weeks from my order date !! So I contact them back couple days ago they were so helpfully and understanding !! They send me the water filter I want next day I’m still waiting for it in the mail when it’s arrive I will write a review again here.

I like the customer service contact so hopefully so understanding and so fast in Ripley to my emails!!

I ordered 5 replacement filters for my fridge, but mistakenly got the wrong kind. After emailing the support contact, they went above and beyond to help me find the right filters for my model and ship them to me in exchange. Great service, I look forward to shopping here again.

I ordered a 3 pack of replacement filters on 9/19. I got a shipment notification email on 9/22. Tracking information showed that my package shipped from California and arrived in Phoenix (where I live) by 9/23. The tracking history then showed my package departing and arriving at various FedEx locations from 9/23 to 10/5 where it then said it was transferred to a local USPS and was out for delivery. My package was not delivered. I reached out to the company and they provided me with more tracking info that showed my package was in transit....to San Bernardino, CA. I have now sent approximately 5 emails to the customer service department and they continue to insist my package was successfully delivered. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. It is a complete scam and I am still fighting with them to get a refund. Threatening to report them to my bank has resulted in them offering to send me another package for free but I am going to continue insisting on a refund, though I'm not holding my breath. Just save yourself the hassle and order elsewhere.

The product was the wrong size and the customer service refused to return the item even though it was within the 15 day return window (There was an offer to ship the supposed correct size filter but tghey asked for an additional $14 to send the correct product.)

Would leave 0 stars if I could. Paid for 2-4 business day shipping still haven't received my filters and it's been almost a month! They did refund my shipping costs but still no product. Keep telling me it's on the way but every update gets later and later!

They gave me a refund so for this I want to say they have good customer service.

I ordered on the 19th of September. I still have not received anything yet and they shipped out of texas days ago. This place seems like a scam. I will definitely not order from again and warn everyone else to look out.

DO NOT order anything from this company. They took my money, didn’t send my filters and now, will not reply.

I ordered three filters from Morefilters on 8/24/21. My credit card was charged on 8/26/21. The order said my order would be received in 3-5 days. The email stated I would receive an email once the filters shipped. As of 9/9/21, I still have not received confirmation the filters were shipped. I contacted Morefilters via the email I received. I was replied to by to on 9/4/21.

“Thank you for your purchase and timely payment.

We ship on Thursday, August 26, 2021. Under normal circumstances, the courier company will update the shipping information a few days after the package is sent.

Please rest assured, they will update as soon as possible, your package is in transit. We suggest that you can wait a little longer. If you do not receive them on the 5th, you can contact us to reissue them for you free of charge.

I sent another email after the filters did not arrive by 9/7/21, but no reply from Morefilters.

DO NOT ORDER anything from this company.

Complete SCAM - similar to the other reviews - You pay for the order it never comes and they claim to have had the wrong address. This is not an accident and they are conducting illegal fraud. Please report to authorities asap and NEVER use this site.

Did not ship the product I ordered. Received an email instead from Hong Kong in broken English that said they were 'preparing an alternative' for me and shipped me a counterfeit labeled 'filters-store.com' with a gmail address stamped on the side. DO NOT use this site.

A bit deceptive in their advertising. Product is a knockoff but seems to fit. Will see if it works same as OEM. Hard to work with as they are based in china and their charges on the card don't match their name or site.

Same as other reviews. Customer service sucks. They do not accept returns and told me to donate filters. Did not realize until to late they are in China. Shipping took a long time..
I will not order from them again and would recommend trying someone else.
