It is extremely irritating to have to wait for an employee to finish nattering to a colleague so that they can give you a bag to put your shopping in. Also today after waiting around again for some old dear to stop talking to her friends and give me a sodding carrier bag I then had to wait again for someone else to get me a replacement yogurt, which took longer than it should because, guess what? She was nattering to a colleague....very rude and pretty poor customer service.
Shocking customer service
Shocking customer service. Long waits on the phone. Issues with quality, sell by and substitutions. Yesterday my order was cancelled. No warning and an invalid excuse led to the removal of all offers sourced and a loyalty discount voucher due to expire. How convenient. If this is how you treat customers in this economic climate you will not survive. Never again will I shop with Morrisons.
Will not use Morrisons again
Ordered online for a delivery 2 days after we arrived at our holiday cottage. Two hours before delivery was due, I received an email saying that delivery was cancelled because of ‘absence of drivers’. Yolanda, customer services, was helpful on the phone and said that someone from the store (that was going to deliver) would call me the next day to confirm the rescheduled delivery. By 17.30 the next day no one had called or emailed to tell me the new delivery date / time. I cancelled the order. Now waiting for confirmation and refund …….

i purchased some topside of beef not cheap cooked it to perfection it was sinue stringy chewy i dont believe it was best topside i have photos and tried to talk to customer services a total waste of time a joke i will go to my butchers next time
Service has got steadily worse
Since Covid I have loyally shopped with Morrisons online. For a long time I was full of praise, they delivered in bags (no scrambling about on the doorstep with a bad back) which they also took back. The drivers were polite and friendly and checked I knew about substitutions etc. The last few months most of them have brought the bags to the door hand-held, instead of using the crate(s). Most of them want to drop the shopping off and run, even when they've come early. I've had a carrier bag of spilled yoghurt on at least 3 separate occasions, cans put in the bag on top of fruit, bruising it, and frozen foods put on top of perishable like lettuce which gives it freezer burn. Today I received a bottle of toilet cleaner which was bagged with food and leaking! That was the last straw, I've deleted my account.

Can I rate Zero. MORRISONS LISTEN, scrap this delivery service, it's having an effect on your reputation. 2 Days, 2 orders both have not turned up.
How dare you NOT INFORM THE CUSTOMER.
The regular shop delivery drivers ALWAYS turn up early as they want to clock off early, again unacceptable.
The head of your delivery/logistics wants sacking along with the Store Manager.
Morrisons WHENEVER not Mortisons Now
I placed a Morrisons Now order at 14:29 2 hours later I am still waiting.
On contacting customer services the person immediately on hearing my complaint diverted the responsibility to third party delivery drivers. Really!!!
Instantly aggrevated me as They advertise and you pay for a speedy delivery, then they blame the third party who made no such promise to the customer......Needless to say this will be my last order

Absolutely shocking , half my order was missing , have to shop anyway what is the point in offering an on line service that you can’t honour maybe just don’t offer that service

Online ordering service the worst ever
Tried ordering online from Morrisons twice. On both occasions the checkout went through and showed a confirmed order, but nothing was actually processed or delivered. No order appeared in my account either.
At the same time, small card verification charges appeared, which suggests the checkout was initiated correctly, but the system failed to complete the order.
The result is that I was left without groceries and also lost delivery slots because everything stayed in my basket while the system incorrectly showed confirmation.
This is a serious failure in an essential service. If a website confirms an order, it should actually exist.
I won’t be using Morrisons online again.

Morrisons were marvellous during the lockdown. In sky high temperatures Simon the manager arranged ice cold bottles of water for customers and this afternoon lollies for children. Great initiative and leading the way for other supermarkets

I also ordered a tin of ackee which was nearly £5 for 164 g
Absolutely diabolical its usually that for a large one.
Also ordered cheese scones so why was they replaced with plain scones if I wanted plain i would have ordered them also cheese and onion swirls were changed to sausage rolls if itemz are not available you should give the closest one to said items not the complete opposite.

Delivery booked for Delivery today Sunday 24th May between 09.52 -10.12 at 10.30 text to say 3hrs behind schedule so we needed to go out and was rebooked for after 14.30 to receive a text at 15.25 to say reschedule to Monday 25th I don’t think so do you think we want to spend Bank Holiday sitting indoors waiting for you delivery when we questioned why was told van broke down Not surprised if only got one van to do all deliveries (I do recall you have a very large fleet of Vans) not acceptable at all and no time to go shopping as all shops shut at 4pm Morrisons home Delivery you should be ashamed of your service I could have been an Elderly person who would be relying on your delivery yet another customer lost (O I forgot won’t bother you at all)

Seriously I don't how Morrisons are allowed to get away with stealing from people, had an delivery though Amazon and again more items missing this time £30 worth. These items were in stock as I got the email from them but only half my shopping turned up.

I placed an order with Morrisons store to be delivered on Wednesday 19th May. Two hours before the allotted time I was told that my order had been cancelled. I am an 85 year old lady living on my own. I have visual, health and mobility problems so I do rely on this service to keep going.I have complained to Morrisons but have had no explanation except for someone on the telephone telling me I might not have enough money in my bank. I would hardly place an order without funds to cover the cost.
Delivery was late and items defrosted
Delivery was late and was not informed as they state they will. Icecream had clearly melted and had been refrozen.
Customer services have been contacted over four times about this and do not respond.
Taken my custom to a reliable supermarket.

The staff in there are totally inept, incompetent, ineffectual and incapable of customer service.
Went today (19.5.26) to drop off Amazon parcel and was told by an extremely rude assistant to take my item out of the packet just so he could put it in another Amazon packet. No receipt, no thanks, no warmth - nothing but an attitude problem and acting as if he was doing the world a favour by serving a customer.
This branch is beyond help - all the negative reviews are ignored by the powers that be and never acted upon in order to improve service. The staff at Queens Road Royston Morrison's deserve zero stars and nothing else. Slapdash amateurs seems to be the name of the game in that store. Utterly hopeless managers / supervisors - if this is how customers are treated, then God help retail.

Order from Morrison, they sent me fruits that was expiring on the same day, avocados that was so soft it was not edible. This happens to me more than once. I am very disappointed. I could understand if it was a robot hand picking our foods, but it is a human who can see and feel, yet you pack these kind of food oit of date of spoilt foods to deliver to someone home. Its this kind of laziness why robots are taking over your jobs and I am sure in the future these robots will do a much better jobs than you. There are many reasons why people use online food delivery, not that we all sit at home being lazy.

Today has to be my worst ever Morrisons delivery , a bottle of wine had smashed inside a bag of groceries which contaminated the rest of my shopping ,also the carpet is heavily stained with red wine , driver did not seem that concerned at all .
