Awful. With my shopping I ordered 5 boxes of Morrison's own brand teabags (£13). They sent me 5 boxes of Twinning's and didn't ask me. They then charged me £30!! I emailed and told them to come and collect and refund. They told me to go to the store for a refund. The cheek!

First problem we run into is you cant put payment details in. Second problem is that they don't take Natwest bank payments of any kind. Third problem is that there customer service has to escalate everything all whilst given a two hour time limit of organising a delivery. Well done Morrisons, you lost a customer. I had to cancel the order and close my account as it was not fit for purpose. Unbelievable and I need someone to reassure me that we are in the 21st century aren't we, but maybe not Morrisons!!!!!

Went to Morrisons daily store at Beecher’s widnes notice that they are only taking cash over the counter at the same time the cash machine is charging you 1’25 pounds to get your own money out it’s a scam so milk would be double bread would be double if you had to use cash machine it’s a local store if you can only use cash there we have nowhere else to go except into town it’s blackmail they should be absolutely ashamed of themselves they gave certainly lost my custom even if I have to drive into town to do my shopping and I do not think I will be the only one either

Went to morrisons daily in rugeley on coppice road, bought a pack of fag's for £15 something pence 2 days ago. Went today and charged me £17 for a pack of fag's. They dont show you how much it costs on the till they just type in the amount on the card reader so you don't actually know the exact price for what your paying for, they dont offer a receipt either. You go and buy something one day and they decide to charge you more for the products. Delivery from morrisons in rugeley town is awful also, they never get the right products and dont offer a substitute, delivery drivers either take food out your bags and items are missing, or delivery takes over an hour, when I could of walked to the town and back by that time, unfortunately for some people they dont have the accessibility to "walk" to the town and solely rely on these services, which is disgusting considering they charge you more for the items on the app but cheaper in store. DONT GO TO MORRISONS DAILY ON THE PEAR TREE, DONT ORDER FROM UBER THRY ROB YOU
Delivered expiring food and refused a refund

I placed an order and it arrived on Saturday evening, around 9PM. There was fair amount of meat and chicken there and each of the packs had the expiry date either the next day, on Sunday or Monday. So, it was less than a day before most of the meats were expiring. Which is against their freshness promise. I have contacted morrisons customer support a provided photos with the expiration dates but they refused the refund! Even though the majority of that shop had to go in the bin. I’m out of money and my food shop which I was planning to use for the entire week. Very unhappy and won’t order again !
Morrisons Delivery Pass
I am absolutely disgusted with Morrisons Customer Service today. I bought an Annual Delivery Pass three weeks ago thinking it would save me having to go shopping due to my hip problem , however I was mistaken
Week One . Saw delivery charges for bags and rang us to er Service prior to delivery and they said give the bags back to driver and you’ll get refunded.
Charged for eight bags and eight bags returned,two bags credited, out of pocket 60p plus their website said Dreamies Cat Treats 3&£3 but they charged me £1.69 each, so the telephone again to out it right.
Week two
On my previous click and collect orders they have fresh bread on there, but on delivery no fresh bread available, rang them again and they said we don’t deliver Market St Bakery items , but if you click on click and collect you can have them, so I said that defeats the object of me having a delivery as I want fresh bread which they refused, so I said cancel my delivery pass and I’ll do click and collect and please refund my annual pass amount as I only received two deliveries , after a week no refund so rang them today and they said we’ll refund you 50% of the pass which is £20 . I was hopping mad, they can’t fulfill my order and then charge me £20 for two deliveries which were cocked up. Morrisons get your act together, not a happy customer, looking at going elsewhere to a better company than yours.

I had shopping delivered on Saturday great delivery guy no problems but I ordered two punnets of blueberries, I feel poor picking as the best before date was the same date as the day of delivery surely you should get 3/4 days on the bbf date so basically not impressed I won’t shop again there .
Online order arrived 48 hours late
Online order arrived 48 hours late, no texts or emails from the delivery guys as stated on their automated message when trying to get through to customer services. All telephone calls were instigated by me. A spectacularly bad experience, 48 hour late delivery arrived with damaged squashed food, out of date bread and liquified ice cream. I will never use this service again.
Morrison MESS UP
Morrison Hillsborough barracks. Thought I would have a 2nd try at the online delivery service as I had a broken foot,,, so I put my delivery order in. Firstly, amounts did not add up, which they told me was normal, it will all be sorted they said. 2nd, I ordered 3 lots of cabbage ,Cavolo Nero, Curly Kale and Spring Greens, message came... Cavolo Nero unavailable. then Curly Kale and Spring green unavailable,,, but a substitute of 2 Cavolo Nero was given!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!, don't want go on about other things gone wrong , need more room. I must of called them 10 times over my order, 3 of them put the phone down on me as they didn't want to bother with it, they could not understand how they can send substitutes of Cavolo Nero when Cavolo Nero wasn't available in the first place, My money was so messed up, the maths did not work out. Said I would have to wait and see in time, they refunded me for the 2 unavailable items but the system would not let them refund anything else, so trying to get others sorted was a night mare and trying to get the balance right was utter pants. school kids could of done a better job, NEVER AGAIN will I do food shop on line, Its thats saying,, IF you want a job doing properly DO IT yourself. I will get a taxi Instead

Placed my shopping order and it was delieved at 20.00 on the 11th feb.
I ordered some chocolate éclairs 3 packs of 2 came with the date of the 11th on them. I like éclairs but wouldn't eat all 6 at 8pm that evening, meaning they would be out of date the next day! I raised this to morrisons on their request a refund. They emailed me the next day to ask for proof. I had already binned the éclairs so had to dig them out to take pics!! The 13th i got an email to say they are reviewing my refund. Then another email came on the 17th saying they need more information. Have no idea what. Then another on the 19th which I replied that I had sent pictures over to prove the date. I still haven't got my refund and honeslty it's £6.40 not to bothered but clearly morrisons need that £6.40! Won't shop with them again!

Morrisons online shopping fiasco continues...
Morrisons mailed me to coax me into placing a £120 grocery order so as to get £20 off. I placed the order but despite numerous attempts, Morrisons won't accept the 20MORSAVE discount code. All relevant T&C's were adhered to by me. Morrisons need to move quickly to sort out their infamous and continuous online shopping problems as this is both extremely frustrating and very time consuming for thousands of annoyed customers . A very poor experience indeed.
Issue after issue with delivery
Issue after issue with delivery of goods. Drivers ignore instructions on account, packing is poor with heavy items in same bags as soft items so they get squashed! Milk is also not packed properly causing carton seals to burst and milk pours over other shopping so milk leaks over my floor too. Quality of fresh fruit and veg is not great, apples often damaged and brown on inside. I have written so many complaints to Exec team and get same responses and issued refunds. I just want my shopping delivered to time and good quality. Packing shopping bags is not rocket science. They keep saying they will look into the issues but nothing changes. I am now considering alternative supermarkets to buy online. Shame on you Morrisons, simple measures will sort these issues and you can’t even do that!

I ordered Clarence Court eggs which were expensive £3.20 for six . The display date was only 2 days which means they would be going in the bin . I called customer service to complain and spoke to a very rude and unhelpful employee who insisted that they were not out of date he said they would not be binned they would be sold cheaply. I can only gather from this that Morissons get rid of old stock onto online shoppers. I shop online because I am ill. Terrible service.

Ordered online with Morrisons since my husbands first stroke in 2019. On 2nd Feb I couldn’t access to alter my order, so I left it a day, still couldn’t so I contacted customer service, to be told there was a ‘glitch’, leave it for 48 hours. They said I would get my delivery that week, which I did. Then on the 7th Feb, I received an email saying to resolve the issue they had cancelled my future orders and my delivery pass, they would be in touch within 48 hours. Absolutely nothing since. I’ve phoned customer services several times to be told leave it and try again in 48 hours.
I don’t want to change to another supermarket, I’ve never had a problem before but it’s two weeks tomorrow so if I hear nothing, I will have to. Then offer of a free pass means nothing when you can’t order. So disappointed in them.

I have used Morrisons Now a few times. The last order I placed had an unwanted substitution, one item smashed to smithereens and one item missing altogether. The service is slow and not at all value for money, even considering the "convenience", which ended up not convenient at all. Today's order has not even left the store an hour after being placed

I am a disabled individual currently housebound. Going out of my house is almost impossible at this stage of my health. I decided to give Morrisons a try with about a £70 order. By using Morrisons Purpl discount code designed for the less able, Morrisons have to know that this order is not for a " normal customer".

The driver was a very considerate young man who was kind enough to bring the heavy bags ( ripped with items popping out / poor quality) and the broken glass sauce bottles dripping everywhere from the porch/ lobby/ laundry room/ kitchen leaving a absolute mess at 11.30pm!
I asked the young man to take the bags with the broken bottles and asked him to bite the damage to carpets/ dripping sauces all over the place. Unfortunately, I cannot bend down to clean at all and had to call a cleaner the following day.
My complaint by email was responded to adequately but the reader totally not appreciating the difficulties of the disabled and asked to see images of carpets etc.
I request Morrisons / other stores to at least try to understand the difficulties that the disabled suffer not to mention coping with constant physical pain, anxiety and the inconvenience further augmenting our difficulties.

Bought some sparking passion fruit and mango water. Well it was only carbonated water, no flavours. Complained only to be informed that extra points would go on more card. Told them we don't have one. Guess what, no reply back. Shocking customer service. Its only water not champagne. Just give a voucher. No wonder they are losing customers.
