They advertise the wine at 12.5 degrees alcohol content
But when delivered it was only 10 degrees which tastes od absolutely nothing!
Have try to get a refund but absolutely impossible to get through the right place for a refund!!!

Morrisons online…
I decided to try Morrisons online shopping instead of Amazon Morrisons. What a big mistake. The delivery was over an hour late. My bag of ice was half the size and refrozen in a big lump. Half a dozen items were unavailable. The driver did not give a reason or apologise for the late delivery. Although he was polite enough. Amazon is a much better option if you like Morrisons or other stores online. The service is much better. Avoid in future.

This is a review of the Morrison's NOW service in Preston Lancashshire, today I used the service for the first time, it was delivered within the hour, it was NOT my delivery, it was exceptionally difficult to get in contact with anyone, and it resulted in me having items I can't eat, no order and a promise of a refund, which I am still waiting for. Apparently delivery is by a third party and the store can't even contact the delivery people, I am very disappointed and hungry.

She couldn’t have been more pleasant and helpful. I actually saw help her help at least three customers whilst I was shopping. I was so impressed that I felt customer service such as this should be highlighted.

I regularly use Morrisons home delivery because of their low minimum order value requirement. Their items are generally good enough quality but the delivery is awful. Every week I have items that have been damaged by being carelessly shoved into carrier bags. This week a carton of cream burst and ruined three other items. Lack of training and sheer carelessness by the delivery driver. I try to get a refund but these rarely go through….do they turn them down because I claim so often? I have the same problem with Ocado.

Stop using uber, just ear etc, started using morrisons 60 express delivery. This couldn't be rither from the true. Twice now it's been nearly 2 hours, then I discovered they use a thid paty, guess who? That's right shiteroo, uber shits or just cant be arsed. Why Morrisins why! F
Morrison's via Amazon - really poor, avoid
This review is about Morrison's online via Amazon
Placed an order Friday for delivery Saturday. The cost was clear as there were no weighed items. Received message Saturday to say 2 items unavailable - this wasn't a problem.
The items were delivered on Saturday. All fine.
On Sunday when I was checking bank transactions I noticed the pending amount was higher than the original order. I checked the order and nothing untoward. On checking my emails I noticed in smaller print that it confirmed a pre-authorisation amount (higher than my order).
I checked my Morrison's emails and it also stated that both the pre-authorisation difference and any other differences would be updated upon delivery. However, this has not happened which means I have no access to half the value of the order because this is still pending.
I emailed Customer Service and raised the issue of the pre-authorisation value being greater than the order value and Morrison's responded (after I also raised it publicly on X) by suggesting they can take up to 5% more to account for weighing and substitutions (edit: I have checked this and apparently 5% is the maximum they can take). My order did not include any weighed items. I also did not opt for substitutions, however my understanding is that higher value items would be charged at the value of your original item, or lower value items would see the difference credited. More importantly Morrison's added just over 17% to achieve the pre-authorisation amount. 17%, not 5% notwithstanding there were no variables to incur an upwardly fluctuating value, only downwardly.
This is disgraceful and there is no other way to recover those funds other than to wait for the system to process the correct amounts.
Imagine going into a shop and the cashier sneakily adding an additional 17% to the transaction value and which is only made available to you when the merchant completes their processing.
Tried following up with Morrison's, however after issuing an insipid, clearly untrue email I am being ignored.
Having previously experienced an issue with a delivery driver handing over a previous food order to a random individual to pass to me (you just don't do that with food unless instructed), I didn't use this service again until now.
Stinkingly unprofessional. Unfortunately it does seem to be how customer services in general work across numerous companies. No accountability, they really don't give a ***t.
Certainly with regard to Morrison's Amazon, I do not recommend.

24 hours later and Morrison's still ignoring my email response. I have posted on X and been inundated with offers of help from Morrison's scam accounts which Morrison's can see and still they do nothing. I have phoned and requested to speak with a manager but none were available. I have provided the same information on multiple occasions yet they fail to actually do anything. I have now reached out to the Financial Conduct Authority on X and I'm writing to them.

Absolutely mortified! After I had received my online shop, Morrisons took money, £62 approx for the adjusted and then the very next day 3 days after the delivery was received, the origin reserved ammount of £87 was also removed from my Account, in spite of receiving the payment due. This, practically clears the money, meant to last me the week, out of my bank account. Morrisons staff couldn’t have cared less and just kept blaming the bank and the same was true of the bank who blamed Morrisons.this has still not been resolved!!!!! BEWARE!!!!

This review heading of Morrisons is for a software company and NOT the supermarket but as others have left reviews for the supermarket I will give mine as well. The driver I had today was GREAT. She drove through heavy snow and delivered perfect. Our cul de sac has been seeing issues with cars getting stuck all day and I even phoned Morrison’s to say that I didn’t mind if it was put off for a day or two. Everything there. EXCELLENT!!!

Have been using Morrisons Delivery service for a few years but no Never again.
2 days in a Row order Cancelled they say could not collect payment from bank when went onto Asda the minute Morrisons told me 2nd order cancelled and surprise surprise exact same card exact same balance bill taken from bank account No Problem. Just another excuse for Morrisons to make non delivery useless. Maybe they could not get payment from bank cause as we know the banks look out for dodgy attempted withdrawals so want to book a online grocery service Not bothered if your order turns up hours late or find out hours after delivery time your not getting your order the next day and hopefully for you they will give you a delivery time but looking at there record on them doesn't really mean much what time THEY get round to delivering the order that was suppose to be delivered the day before. And don't start to panic if they tell you they couldn't collect payment nobody has accessed your account and emptied it, it's only Morrisons screwing up another way when it comes to home deliveries Me No more sitting about Praying you order even turns up the same day then being told it not coming then having to order items from somewhere else. No more having to phone up customer services having to cancel orders they will deliver the NEXT day due to day. .No more sitting about waiting for them to actually DO what they are suppose to instead of regularity screwing it up. So if you've got plenty of time on your hands and nothing better to do Morrison is the company for you. Never get an online delivery again
I have had to drive 450 miles from London to Falkirk due to Morrisons not fullfing their orders and taking my daughters money and not refunding it for 7-10 days leaving her stuck at home with no food and no money as they still have her money. Giving the excuse of adverse weather conditions so their driver cannot drive but I was able to drive this far and the roads were clear and no bad weather problems. Customer service does not seem to be bothered with this situation and extremely rude on phone. Taking money and not fulfilling your duties and not refunding money for such a long time is what I call dishonest. There is no reason why this money could not be refunded quicker. I have solved the problem for my daughter now thanks to Tesco being reliable and helpful. Been shopping with Morrisons for a long time and would not do any online orders with them now. Anyone reading these reviews please shop elsewhere like Tesco as they fulfil their orders and are more helpful. Should have looked at Morrisons rating as it is terrible.

Shop at Tesco
I was meant to get a delivery yesterday between 5 and 6pm. Received an email at 5.05pm to say they couldn't deliver as too many people off sick. Surely they knew this before the time my delivery was meant to take place!!! Email said i would get a call to re arrange. Waited until the next day and no phone call. I called the helpline and was told it would be today between 10am and 3pm and I would just need to sit and wait !!@!

Clearly staff who are picking the order haven't got a clue and don't care about customer service.
