Account hassles
Just seen a product at a great price at Morrisons. No account so had to go through the hassle of registering for one. Only when I came to pay was it flagged up that the items are out of stock. Cancelled my account though how to do this is not made obvious. Had to call their off shore customer services. At least they have my details which they possibly my sell on to 'relevant' parties.

Ive been ordering online from them, on and off for a few years now. The last 4 deliveries in a row the driver didn't show with my order being cancelled.
Of course i've had the constant added 'perks' of items missing, 7/10 of shopping list being substitutions to add to the ambiance of the experience for the last few years.
Its ABYSMAL and UNACCEPTABLE that you short change paying customers like this. I will NEVER EVER use this outlet again and will advise friends, family, work colleagues accordingly... and i advise YOU to do the same!

Ordered an express shop with Morrisons now, it said my shipping had been delivered when it hadn’t , I contacted Morrisons on several occasions regarding this and they said they could only escalate this as they use a third party and it’s not down to them, day 5 of waiting for Morrisons to contact me regarding this still nothing called them again, they said they will give me a refund, because I’ve been a loyal customer ,no apologies nothing .
Don’t Trust Morrisons Online With Your Christmas Delivery
I booked my Christmas food in November, in the hope that booking early would assure me of getting the things I wanted.
My delivery was booked for the evening of 23rd, so when I saw my receipt at lunchtime I was horrified to find that my turkey crown and my trifle were out of stock. I spent the afternoon driving around trying to find replacements (thanks to M&S and Tesco).
My delivery driver called and asked if she could deliver a bit earlier, which wasn’t a problem. So five minutes later two vans turn up, Amelia had my delivery minus the items out of stock, and a young man who has various items which I hadn’t ordered, plus two turkey crowns and a whole turkey. I wasn’t happy that another customer had two turkey crowns as I had been let down, but he went back to his van, phoned the depot and told us they were for a different address.
I contacted Morrisons and told them how badly I had been let down on Messenger, and shortly afterwards a lady phoned me and promised me that a turkey crown would be delivered to my house later that evening, or Christmas Eve.
I was in the house throughout Christmas Eve and nothing was delivered to me.
On Christmas Eve I received a message from Shubhangi promising to look into it for me. Today is Christmas Day, Shubhangi has just informed me I have been granted 7000 shopping points which equals £7 in recognition of my shopping experience. No mention of the turkey crown which had been promised in the previous phone call.
I’m pretty sure everyone at head office gets their Christmas delivery from Ocado, I know I will be next year.

I want to put 0 stars for click and collect Morrisons Hartlepool. I orders for pick up on 22rd December they cancelled when I was already on way down to store, so reordered for 24th December, I was in car park waiting to go park in the pick up bays, 4 minutes before pickup time they cancelled, this is absolutely ridiculous, I travelled from another town to get the orders which was a gift. I won’t be using click and collect again, the items weren’t available in store.

Having shop delivered today..no preathorisation taken off..phoned them saying they couldn't understand me..that's rich lol..they said it's high demand..a very flacid excuse and they didnt know when amount would come off...diabolical..I only use them as minimum order is £25 with midweek del pass and dont always need to spend £40.

I had an order placed with Morrisons for Christmas and today I get notification that there will be no turkey no pigs in blanket no bread sauce basically 1/4 of my order is out of stock! Absolutely shocking at Xmas when you place the order and check out that should be accounted for and reserved it is either other super markets they are single handed ruining peoples Christmas and adding stress that isn’t needed at an already stressful time - shame on Morrison!!

Would give zero stars if I could. Order was supposed to arrive yesterday received an e mail after delivery slot to be told van had broken down but would re-deliver this evening. Now past said time - no delivery - not showing as cancelled still showing as being prepared. No indication of an alternative time - substitutes are poor quality and mean that meal deals have not been fulfilled so no discounts although that is academic as 24 hours plus later nothing has actually arrived !! - An utter disgrace and have been unable to speak to an actual person.
My son is very ill in hospital so delivery time organised around when we could actually be home and doubtless I shall now be out of pocket in the short term as I shall have to purchase elsewhere so close to Christmas and then await a refund.
Further to my last review matters are worse. They phoned whilst I was in the shower lady took my details and I gave my husband authority to speak on my behalf. Instead of dealing with the query, now 2 days plus past delivery placed in a queue then couldn't find my delivery number after 25 minutes waiting on the phone. Finally message stated will get back within a day - Christmas Eve evening!
Utter disgrace use at your peril. With a son very ill in hospital I am now having to spend additional monies less than two days before Christmas plus take time out to buy items which should have arrived two days plus ago, money taken , no shopping, no updates, obviously not coming now. Website states my groceries are still being prepared !!

Hopeless for disabled customers like my Wife and myself as just about all of the disabled parking slots at our Reigate Branch get taken up by able bodied youngsters, most of whom are not even shopping at Morrisons but using the parking spots to park up nearer to Reigate High Street. And sadly Morisons never check to see if parkers have Blue Badges, so the likes of us who have drive on and go to Sainsburys in nearby Redhill to shop instead, Makes us very cross.

So I thought I’d pop in to sidcup Morrisons this morning at 8.30 I’d just checked out and spent £17.80 on a couple of snacks and a Christmas jumper for work. Walking through the barriers the tag bleeped the alarms. I turned and walked to the security guard who also had stood up from his seating tables area by the barriers as you enter/leave the store. The guard stood and proceeded to run towards me, now I had already turned and was making my way to him at this point, with my PURCHASED items. He came to me very aggressive/intimidating and snatched the jumper out of my hand, at this point I had the receipt in my other hand which I was trying to give him, and asked him not to snatch and give me my jumper back, it turned into a ridiculous tug of war with my receipt getting ripped which he did not even look at, after a embarrassing struggle which triggered anxiety and self defence, I then threw the rest of my PAID items and left with nothing as I just wanted to get out of their, if the fact a tag needed to be removed, you should not ever snatch and abuse your authority. Absolutely discussing behaviour from the security it was disrespectful and unnecessary. I will not be using sidcup Morrisons or any Morrisons again.

My son bought me a poinsettia plant today and when I unwrapped it there were more leaves in the pot than on the plant and the soil was bone dry!! I expect it won't live very long definitelynot over the Christmas period!

Delivery arrived at 1600 on Sunday, products missing meat ordered to eat Sunday , replacements not what I wanted chicken breast replaced with thighs at extra £1.50, beer replaced with cheapest brand not same type, sell by date on replacement bread same day, mushrooms looked as they are about to off. It is as if they gave me product they couldn't sell in shop never using them again

Recently moved house so attempted to change my details on the website. Would not allow me to delete my old address but I could add new address. Did so then put in an order. However, The app now shows my new address, the website shows both my old and new address as one combined address, and my email confirmation for the order shows my old address! This is just chaos and completely unacceptable, with three alternatives being shown I have no idea where my order will actually go so I've cancelled it and will shop elsewhere. Ability to contact customer service is extremely limited unless you want to pick from provided options - which offer limited choice and nothing outside their list. This is just not a good experience and seems very out of step with the quality ordering experiences offered by their competitors.

Every order I make. Stock is missing. Too late at that point to make alternative arrangements, so have to spend twice as much in the local Morrisons we have because, for some reason, the SAME product is twice the price in store. The substitutes they choose are far more expensive anyway. Seems very easy way to gouge the customer since I've no way to know what's genuinely in or out of stock.
Will be shopping elsewhere for Christmas and in the future. What's the point if every single time you don't have what I want, and it's not like I'm ordering Quail's eggs ffs

I was a regular customer at the Redditch store. Their customer service is appalling! I noticed that my More card reductions were not applied for all advertised items on two occasions. I went to customer service where a very rude lady checked my receipt lengthy and asked me to bring the item back from my car. She gave me the difference in cash ( not even asking if I wanted to put it back on the card I used or explaining that she can only give me cash ) without saying sorry for the mistake. CHECK YOUR RECEIPT SHOPPERS! I definitely not going back again! I rather drive further!
