David that I dealt with at Morton Michel was very supportive and helpful. He reassured me that he would be able to help and within a few hours he had sorted everything out. I will be able to sleep tonight without worrying anymore!

I've used Morton Michel for the last 4 years, and assumed that they just provided me with insurance for my Wraparound Childcare provision.

I spoke to them yesterday asking for an idea on what our insurance cost would be as our usual Safeguarding training that we'd previously accessed for free, was now at a cost for 5 members of staff. After a 67% rent increase last year and trying to minimise cost increase to parents for childcare, we were becoming increasingly unviable as a business.

Jade told me about their Childcare Club, with access to free Level 3 safeguarding training through Flick training and arranged a log in for our staff. She also advised of other benefits available to all of my staff, which will be invaluable in helping to retain employees when the childcare staff market is so tricky at the moment.

I'm very grateful for their support in providing the benefits and will be using them again for the forseeable future.

I have known Joanna Iscru now for a few years, first meeting when she was unluckily assigned to our account after a number of issues and complaints I had been through, and in fairness to her I was pretty harsh to start with as was at that time at the end of my patience with MM.
However, over the months and years and many conversations I have had, a majority I would add being instigated by Joanna proactively calling to update me or just keep in touch, my faith in proper customer care / service has been more than restored.

It is a problem calling and getting through to Joanna although this is because she and the office are extremely busy, so if ever I need anything I simply email a request and shortly after I ALWAYS get a call back. If ever she has said she will call me back, for whatever reason, she has always called and if she says she will do something you can guarantee that she will do it when she said she would do it.

I cannot give Joanna enough praise, and without my experience of her great service and her bubbly personality, I’m certain that we would not still be customers of MM, for which Joanna is a massive credit ++

Over the years I’ve met many people good at their jobs, but in recent years I cannot recall anyone who has been anywhere near as good, efficient, personable, cheery and polite as Joanna is, in addition to of course really knowing her stuff inside out.

I have been a customer of Morton Michel for 3 years. My renewal was due and a lovely lady named Elouise Osbourne rang me a few days before to arrange my renewal details. I couldn’t take the call there and then so she called me back at a more convenient time. Her manner was friendly, helpful and informative. I have always had great consistent customer service from Morton Michel and that’s why I continue to be a valued customer.

Jamilah was great to work with - provided me with different options to proceed with to accommodate my business needs, and efficiently presented the policy. Would highly recommend!

We had a constantly changing situation where we wanted things altered and tweaked and whilst some found this challenging if you ask for Jamilah Edeor-Lawal she is outstanding. Even when I was making things complicated she was patient and it was clear her aim was to help me find a solution. If they keep her we will stay with them! Never met her. Don't know her personally but she was excellent

I spoke with Steven H, Very informative & friendly. I was in ratio this morning and he was very understanding when i needed to talk to someone.

Dan was fantastic at explaining and running through everything with me. He was very detailed in his explanations and is a great asset to Morton Michel. It’s a shame he’s an arsenal fan but you can’t have it all!

I just had an email confirmation about renewal of my nanny insurance.I have never requested automatic renewal at first place!What a disgrace to such practices.I have requested cancellation and refund!

This should not be allowed!I will never deal with MM again!
