Great service from Josh, Katie and Fiona.
Answered all my questions and responded quickly.
Car took approx 5 months and was on plan with the estimated time given on the contract. Received monthly emails re progress. Once I received an update that seemed wrong. I flagged it and they took ownership, amended it and corrected it.
On the day car arrived as planned, I was messaged with an estimated time. Also part ex on same day, driver came to collect and everything went smoothly.
I am very happy with the service from motorfinity.
For brand new builds, it’ll vary by make and model, but If you don’t mind waiting approx 4-6 months for your car the service and price are exceptional.

Had a really good experience with motorfinity ,special thanks to Olivia and Lucy,who helped me with anything I needed and worked around me,was a much easier process than I expected thanks to them,I’d recommend them!🙂🙂🙂

After some delays ordering our car due to the sales team members being off for various reasons, we were happy with the experience of buying our car, and were very pleased with the delivery process.
Part exchange was not worth it, so we sold our old car privately.

Great experience from start to finish. Great communication through emails and phone calls making the experience of getting my car so much easier and enjoyable.
A special thank you to Fiona in the delivery team who was great in the weeks leading to the delivery of my car. She acted quickly to get all my documentation to me to sign and arranged delivery of my car to me a couple of days earlier than expected as I was without a car. Her communication was exceptional from start to finish. I'm so happy with the service that I would definitely use them again and recommend to friends and others.

First experience with Motorfinity. I have found them very professional & supportive during the process whilst waiting for the delivery of my car which did take several months due to a delay from manufacturer. Communications were frequent & clear giving me an option to choose another vehicle or my deposit returned due to the long wait. I would definitely recommend.

Fantastic service as usual. This is the third vehicle I have ordered from Motorfinity. Again the team helped me with my order and what extra's I required. As usual I was kept up to date all the time from start of the order to delivery. Thanks to Kitt and Lucy. Also I would like to mention the delivery driver who went above and beyond. Not only did he drop off the vehicle and we checked the condition etc. He then went on to show me all the features of the car and how they worked, he was very helpful.
