Motortrustuk Bury 

Brought a Kia sportage from them at the bury site went to test drive the car on the 6th Feb, I noticed the car had a management light on there. I told Tom that engine light is on he said that’ll get sorted before you purchase the car. Went to collect the car on the 13th Feb no management light as soon as I got home and switch the vehicle off & on the engine light came straight back on (they cleared the code hoping it wouldn’t come back on) took it back to them on Monday to fix it. Not heard a single word from them apart from Tuesday I was told it was a glow plus issue. I’ve been ringing to get an update as i have no car with children & work full time I’ve even asked my finance company to liaise but they’re also getting ignored. The customer service & communication of this company is appalling you get left in the dark with no response. I’ve still not received the vehicle. Just be very careful with them as they’ll be really nice & friendly prior to sale but once sale has been made it’s a nightmare getting anywhere if there’s any issues with the car.

Terrible experience. Paid £100 deposit for a car but decided against proceeding with purchase. Contacted them via email, phone and on live chat via their website over 20 times. Still not received my deposit back. When I call they put me on hold but never actually talk to me. I've been waiting nearly 3 weeks now. When I was in the showroom, a lady came in requesting to see the manager because she had bought a car from there which had engine failure less than a week later (despite them saying every car has an MOT before sale) - she claimed she had tried to contact them many times but again, ignored

This company said they'd take 7 working days to return my deposit and 8 working days later they haven't. I wouldnt trust them

Three weeks after collecting the car and I’m still really pleased with it and with the experience. No hard sell from Tom the salesperson, metaphorically threw us the keys (having checked licences) and suggested a test drive route. When we returned left us to discuss it together and then answered a few questions. We agreed to buy. No hard sell of finance either. Ten minutes of paperwork and an agreed collection date of a week hence and we were done.
Car was pristine on collection, again ten minutes of paperwork and we were off. The car’s been great.
Four stars because a) nobody’s perfect b) I’m pretty sure the website page for the car said it had two keys and it’s in fact only got one [important for keyless entry - they cost a fortune] and c) I think we paid a bit more than book. Otherwise would highly recommend.

Been called a lier by Zac even though ive got full evidence of threats from 1 of there Salesman and had to contact the police due to my personal information being used as a threat ive got the name and mobile number and screenshots of everything and zac thinks im lying what a great company

Bought a car and Raf was great while we were buying it. Sadly having a nightmare now getting through to anyone. Rung daily and left messages for call backs....none received.....been given 3 emails all of which come back email unknown. Part on order supposedly but not heard back from Raf score will improve if and when I receive the part!

Just took delivery of my first online ordered car from Motortrust. Process from start to finish was really smooth and Adam was very helpful throughout the process. Very impressed
