AVOID THEM!!!! Went in and paid £10000 in full for a car. I said I needed reliability as I just had a baby and couldn’t afford to keep having issues. They messed up my paperwork and the payment then took ages to get in contact about when I could get the car. Once I drove away the engine light came on immediately. They took the car back and wouldn’t tell me what they fixed just told me to pick it back up. I picked it up and the engine failed again. I’ve had to pay thousands to sort the engine after they clearly covered up a multitude of issues. I tried to call them many time for an answer about what they supposedly fixed and they never call back or take my calls!

We bought our son a fiesta from here the light came on with in a week took to ford garage who inspected. It needs thousands of pints worth of work should not have passed MOT it had the day before we collected. Ford said a danger to drive. Called the Garage Monday no answer they are not interested. Will be starting legal action as with 30 days. DO NOT BUY

I purchased my car from Motor Trust about a month ago now and it was a smooth experience. Riz took his time listened and explained every single step which eased our decision making.

I purchased a 2018 Ford Kuga petrol from Motor Trust UK for £10,200.

Within two months of purchase, the vehicle developed a major engine fault. An independent mechanic confirmed that the car requires a full engine replacement.

The vehicle has now been sitting in the dealer’s garage for almost two months and has been unusable during this time.I kept contact them but no proper response.Despite this, I have continued paying finance instalments, insurance, and alternative transport costs to get to work.They offered me a courtesy car last month but I haven’t received yet.

This has been a very stressful and financially difficult experience. I would strongly advise anyone considering buying from this dealer to carry out thorough checks and ensure they fully understand their consumer rights before purchasing.

I dont even know where to start. From the very start my experience here was absolutely fantastic. I was not put under any pressure what so ever. Everyone was just so lovely. Even pretty boy ha ha. Then I met Riz he is so layed back and so chilled. He is so very very helpful. He explained everything to me. From the start to finish. He kept me upto date on the progress of the car.
My car was ready on time when he said it would be.
When I arrived to collect the car I noticed a few marks still on it. This was sent right bk to the valeting team. I was then booked in to bring it for a touch up. Absolutely no messing no fuss. Riz then helped me tax the car and insure it.

All was outstanding service.!!!!
I then drove to Blackpool with my new car no problems. If I could give this place more than five stars I would give a million.
