I purchased a car from Motor Trust and they took mine as part ex. The whole experience was brilliant and made easy by Tom who was friendly, professional and genuine. Top marks 100%

Bought an EV Peugeot from them & px my old car. Paid cash. The vehicle didn't even leave the forecourt before it showed a fault. Returned the car every day for 5 days (luckily we live nearby). It was showing different faults & was eventually rejected by us. Agreed to take a Kia Niro we had previously seen instead (same price). Agreed a collection date. We arrived only to be told it was booked in with a Kia Technician in 3 weeks time! No one told us there was a problem.I requested my money back & return of px vehicle as I now had no car to use. Was fobbed off several times for return of money and had to threaten them with Small Claims Court. They eventually did pay up but I was left for 5 weeks with no car. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. THEY DON'T CARE ONCE THEY'VE GOT YOUR MONEY

Not realy happy with Purchase.
While purchase I said sound is comes from the breaks. Doesn't care by company. Sound enhanced within 40miles run of purchase.
Went to them 250miles away from home with passing plety of agents. Worring about choosing them.
Customer service is very poor.
Next day have to go to garage and speand time for repairs. Garage says pads and disks needs to replace but they avoid as inspected before and just do pads.
Asked for Inspected report of AA 128 and histry report 3rd time still not received.Charged from customer and nothing works from that.
Had to spend one week to collect after pay advance.but £100 waves off for delay. Thank you for that.

Don't provide enogh details in warranty it is just basic standard £250 claim cover. Nothing worth.

Car is not cleaned well sheet pockets were with full of crisps and chocolate.door cup holders with chews. Air vents are full of dust,sunroof not cleaned spots and dust, just applied dash board cleaner and tyre polish to get shine. Spend 3 hours to make full clean. All proof attached..

Can not recommend...

1.I have tried to contact manager after sale. Neglect by you doesn't came to the phone.
2. Neglect and doesn't claim my claim which is cause of 1st month warranty period.

3. Failed to provide vehicle inspection report(AA128 point inspection) which is charge £200 from customer wallet.

DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY,AND THIER WORDS. CAN'T RECOMMEND.

Purchased a vehicle from this company and although we are some 140 miles away the whole process went smoothly and without problems. They gave us a good price for our trade in and the new car had been fully valeted, serviced and with a new MOT although they charged us £245 for this. I have taken one star off the rating as they advertise free delivery and it is not. Something to beware of if you are on a tight budget.

Volkswagen ID3 Grey - VE70 AXT

Absolutely horrendous, sold me a flood damaged car with thousands of pounds worth of damage. Lie after lie after lie, in the end I had to raise complaints with the AA, Finance Co., Motor Ombudsman and DVSA. Eventually got my money back but only after having to get a VW Main Dealer to confirm the car had been flood damaged in December 2024. Mark the Sales Manager eventually saw sense and accepted the car back. Unbelievably it is now back up for sale as genuine, exceptionally well maintained example, see these pictures and judge for yourselves . . .

List of faults:
Every panel scratched, scuffed or dented (poorly repaired)
Front discs heavily corroded (now replaced)
Cheap Chinese windscreen fitted (previous own said a tree had gone through it in the flood and dented the inside of the back door (still present)
10 ECU faults stored (most relating to electrical issue post flood damage)
Rear door seals failed
Rear sills heavily corroded under door seals
Wiring loom corroded and damaged by flood water (this is a ticking time bomb)
Rear parking sensor damaged (now fixed)

Incredibly and despite them saying the car would be disposed of or sent to the auctions it is available to buy from them here ! Imagine your kids getting in that car and being electrocuted ???

That reply is lies, I didn't peel back any door seals, they were detached themselves, nor did I sign any form stating it was okay. More lies from liars who are selling this car again . . .

Has told me to bring it back so he could make sure things were sorted on it that I hadn’t even noticed. I was a bit skeptical as it’s my first car and wanted things sorted for other plans and riz made an extra effort to make sure I was all sorted without my plans inturupted
The car is really good and reliable have had no issues with it.
