This is a review for Steve following our Demo and purchase of a Atto Mobility Scooter yesterday. After watching a demo on online, the actual demo was even more impressive. Steve was very informative and patient with all our questions. No hard sell, the decision to purchase was an easy one, the product sells itself and will make travelling so much easier. After he left we charged up to battery and are now good to go for our fitst outing this weekend. Thank you Steve.

Quick and efficient service. The only problem was that the initial demonstration was given by an able bodied person rather than one with mobility difficulties.

After difficuly in making contact I eventually found a chat line whereby my wife took up the discussion by text. She was able to explain the problem with Helen who was able to solve the issue and sent us a chair replacement unit which we were able to fit ourselves very quickly. A perfect solution at a reasonable price. Thank you Helen.

It all started about a year ago. Whilst out on my bone shaker mobility scooter I saw an Atto, I thought I've got to have one of those, One year later whilst watching TV I saw the Movinglife advert with the free accessories so I wrote down the number and began watching YouTube videos all about the product. the next day I ordered the Sport and chose which of the accessories I wanted, the staff were so helpful and answered all my questions.
As a retired engineer I can honestly say the Atto is so well made I can't forsee anything going wrong. It is so comfy to ride and the turning circle is great in the supermarket isles.
Don't think about the Atto, buy it.

I really like it but have found it heavier than I thought - the onlybithervthingbus my thumb on right hand is suffering due to having to hold down as accelerator / move button - any tips or alternative method please

i do get very confused easily , but helen and drew the saleman , were verry patient with me,
this company doesnt even need to hard sell there product

very high quality , longlasting, etc
it means a lot when you get this wonderful customer service, and i have purchased there products due to there great , brilliant reputation,

The lady who showed me how to assemble the scooter was very patient and understood my needs thank you, We went to Blackpool overnight and tried it and it was amazing, I’m so glad I purchased it.

Initial contact following seeing an advert was positive. The gentleman arranged for us to visit the Cheshire showroom on a day when we were due to be in the area. We live three hours drive away. The arrangement was to arrive anytime between 1pm and 4pm. At roughly 2pm on the day we received a call from Lucinda to check that we were on our way and checking if we needed directions. We arrived 15 minutes later and Lucinda told us that we were welcome to go get a drink and snack in the cafe first, then return to her. When returning to the showroom area, Lucinda was extremely helpful in showing us the mobility scooter that we were interested in. It was a dedicated illustration with as much time as we needed and we were able to go off test driving it around the garden centre where the showroom is situated.
After purchase, we arranged a day and time to pick it up, as we were in the area again (they do deliver). Lucinda was again extremely helpful and went through everything again making sure that we had covered everything. We have not needed any backup services yet but we know that Lucinda is at the other end of the phone if required.

It was an open day and the experience was good. However, they couldn’t make anyone a cup of tea or coffee because they had no milk, that’s why I only gave them 4 stars other than that we were satisfied.

The rep for Movinglife was very informative and not in anyway pushy.
This is a great product and does exactly what is required of it.
We have had a similar scooter in the past and knew what we were looking for and this fulfilled the brief, in general.
I DOUBT YOU WILL NEVER TICK EVERY BOX, BUT THIS TICKED ALOT FOR US.
