Professional service good comunication on time very polite and helpfull

We have bee proud owners of an ATTO Sport for just over a year now and bought it for our disabled 17 year old son. Buying something trendy and without a basket on the front was important to him. The scooter folds in seconds, just like the TV advert. We recently had to send it back to Moving Life - Milton Keynes for a repair which was dealt with efficiently. During the repair we were sent a replacement courtesy ATTO Sport scooter, all the way to Cornwall. The scooter has travelled in the hold of an aeroplane to Jamaica and Gran Canarias with no problem. It drives well, is fast and has fab night LED headlights illuminating your way, We love our ATTO. If you have mobility issues, test drive one today,

Had a wonderful experience visiting Movinglife looking at all the options for my disability and I had very good assistance from Drew Baker. In the end I decided on the Atto Sports Mobility Scooter and it is a dream to operate. I did look at other scooters on the market but I felt they were not safe and not well manufactured probably because of the materials used. When operating the Atto Sports you really feel so safe and in my opinion it is well made.

Excellent service and advice given before purchase .Top quility scooter and accessories although some might say little expensive but you Get The quility that matches price.Only had 4 weeks so far so good,it can ɓe a little noisey when at top Speed is only little niggle.

Easy to use, easy to open and fold

I cannot recommend the sport highly enough, good battery life, comfortable & an easy ride, plus the ease of packing it away for ease of putting it in the boot of the car, so compact.
The support I have received from Helen in particular has been above & beyond, very knowledgeable when we got an error code up, dispatches really quickly & great communication with updates on dispatches.

too expansive for the product

I feel like I should share my experience with dealing with Movinglife UK.
For those who have or about to purchase their scooters and worried about after sales/ repairs.
Saturday 27/6/26 my scooter failed to start after checking the basics I email Luke at Movinglife at 11:33 , at 12:41 I had a reply stating apologies and forwarding my email on to their engineer.
13.09 (same day) Helen emailed me saying an engineer was passing by me on Sunday and can he collect the part of the scooter that had failed.
Sunday around 3:30 Graham knocked the door and done a few checks before taking it away.
Monday 29/6/26 late afternoon email stating the part was being returned by DPD for Tuesday.
Item arrived all fixed , thank you guys and those who have any concerns over after service I hope my experience puts your minds at rest.

I was not told it didn't have a key to start this scooter. So you could not leave it outside smaller shops etc. So anyone could steal it, if I was told this I would not have bought it.

This company is both trustworthy and reliable and has an excellent product.
Customer service is excellent and the staff care that each customer receives the possible product to suit their needs.
I'm delighted I found them. They have improved my life enormously.

Great service and they would not let me buy until they had brought the mobility scooter to my house for me to try. Then they helped me go through all the paperwork and to get 0%interest free for 12 months so l did not have to use my money up front. They were able to let me have the scooter then and he set it up with the extras. They took all the rubbish away. As I said Great service all round.

Great company, fabulous mobility scooter. I have the Sport and cannot recommend it highly enough. Also, assembling and disassembling takes a bit of time, until you get used to it. After that though the world is your oyster. Thank you Moving Life for such a fantastic product, also for the very helpful team.

Everyone was very lelpful and friendly.

The phone holder I bought for my Atto was too small for my iPhone Max. The holder would’ve been stretched to breaking point had I used it. Unusually, it was also a fairly flimsy design - made entirely of rubber. I don’t think it represented very good value either. I have sent it back and await a refund.

Excellent service from start to finish and the initial call back from Luke was friendly, professional and informative . A home demonstration was offered and booked in and there were no pushy sales talks, just encouragement for calling and empathy for my situation.
Drew was also friendly and professional and the demonstration was presented well and very informative and again there were no pushy sales talk. I was supported to complete a finance option plan and all after sales queries and customer service were covered.
This is a great product and I would highly recommend using this company for an honest and reliable service.
