I called mow shop no reply got message so I chat with text to find out about stihl mower Joe reply every question that’s why I gave one star here it went wrong on web page I confirmed price that will it be same price that shows or is it different he said same I try to order next day morning my basket is empty and price changed when I message again Joe said there was mistake in price. Since he has no reply on my screen shot of price promise. Very bad experience. New price is not even competitive.

Goods arrived quickly and were well packaged. I was kept informed of the progress of my order.

I purchased a Stihl FS 40 petrol strimmer. When examined it had been damaged in transit. MowShop arranged for it to be picked up for return to them and it was soon dispatched back to me in proper order and test run.
I have just set it up and had a trial run and all seems perfectly well.
The only criticism I might have is that the packaging was only the flimsy appliance carton sealed with some parcel tape. This box had obviously been stood upon or tossed about in handling somewhere along the delivery line. Secondary packaging and/or a prominent sticker stating handling care might be adopted to advantage.
Great service though. I will happily purchase again from MowShop.

On line order acknowledged within minutes, advice that this was being processed followed shortly thereafter, followed almost immediately by information that the item had been dispatched. My order, a Stihl AK30 S battery was delivered the next day, with no postal charge, together with a complimentary Stihl baseball cap. Absolutely brilliant service👍.
