Mowshop Reviews

On line order acknowledged within minutes, advice that this was being processed followed shortly thereafter, followed almost immediately by information that the item had been dispatched. My order, a Stihl AK30 S battery was delivered the next day, with no postal charge, together with a complimentary Stihl baseball cap. Absolutely brilliant service👍.

Decent price and quick delivery.
Pole hedgetrimmer looks and feels like a substantial bit of kit. Though I have not worked out how it can be extended.

Excellent Company, very speedy delivery exactly the brush cutter I wanted, good quality at a good price.
Many thanks

Item purchased was to replace an identical one that had given me good service for the previous 8 years or so. The price quoted by Mowshop was unbeatable, as too was the speed of delivery. All in all I was extremely impressed by the service I received. Thanks folks!

I've just purchased a Stihl MS 162 chainsaw, This machine was at a bargain price compared to other sellers.
Super quick delivery and can't fault APC, I'm over the moon with the service from the Mowshop and highly recommend this company and won't hesitate to use them again.......Many thanks.

Arrived the next day. Positive experience.

Great pricing on Stihl spares and delivered quickly with good comms.

your web site is easy to use and you had the product I wanted in stock. The price was the best I could find on the web and purchase was easy. Delivery was super quick and as described on the box. Thank you

Best price for my lawn mower on line, and free delivery.

Next day delivery for a ride on. Great communication and pricing. I will be buying from here again.

Ease of Mow Shop website, accuracy of what was described, speed of order and it's delivery, plus best price offered on the Stihl grass strimmer.

Excellent service . Good value. Prompt delivery. Branded products.

Product was fine.
1st attempt to deliver they went to the wrong address, 2nd time they left it at a gate that wasn't even the same postcode. Delivery company automated reply responses didn't give any appropriate options, really difficult to find any way of contacted them, when I did they clearly didn't read it or respond. Worst delivery experience I have ever had.

I ordered a Stihl petrol brush cutter as they seemed the most reasonable price. My heart sank when I saw they were using APC as the courier. As usual the parcel has “gone missing “. APC are a load of local man in a van transport companies all using the APC franchise name. My local one in Lincoln are useless and you can never get hold of them. I do feel sorry for Joe who is trying to build his business but being let down by these idiot couriers. To his credit he has now arranged another unit to be sent via a reputable courier.

good price, fast delivery, great product

Good price and very quick delivery Thanks

Great customer experience with Mel but, as others have said, they were let down by their courier, again with me. I would strongly suggest they listen to customers’ critique and change couriers.

Excellent service and advice from Paul. The brush cutter was sent promptly thanks

Good, clear website, stocked the product I wanted and at a good price. Dispatch and delivery was quick, thank you.

Excellent price for a Stihl cordless pruner. Ordered one afternoon and came the next day without paying any extra for next day delivery. Strongly recommend this company.
